It's NOT PP Cotton!!!
I ordered a plushie from GoodLifeBean because they claimed to be 100% PP (polypropylene) cotton. They also claimed to be in the United States, and they definitely were not, it came from out of country. The shipping company they use masked the origin location, very likely it came from China. It delivered as a vacuum sealed brick, it was unbelievably condensed. Once I opening it, the smell of fish was immediately apparent! It made my entire bedroom smell awful, it smells like it had been sitting next to raw fish in a market. I've been in one of those fish markets and the smell gets into everything! Then I translated the tag which came back as Chinese characters, 100% polyester fabric and filling!!! It's not even PP Cotton! I double and triple checked the translation.
I tried contacting the company to get a refund, only to realize I was talking with an AI not a person. It tried to lie to me saying that PP cotton would show up as Polyester on the tag, yeah no. That's not legal. I will be contacting my bank.
Do not believe this companies lies!

PP Cotton (Cotton Polyfill) is a synthetic fiber derived from polypropylene, widely used in plushies and home textiles worldwide. Because it falls under the synthetic fiber family, it correctly appears as "polyester" on product tags — this is industry-standard and legally compliant, not a misrepresentation.
Regarding the smell, all packages travel through multiple international airports, shipping hubs, and customs inspections — odors can develop during this journey and are entirely outside our control. Simply leave your plushie in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours and it will resolve completely.
Our plushies are vacuum sealed for safe delivery — this is standard practice and does not affect quality in any way.
We also want to be transparent — we have already reached out to you directly offering a 40% partial refund with no return required, or a full refund upon return of the product. We have not yet received a response from you. We genuinely want to make this right!

No it is not a trustworthy site!
No it is not a trustworthy site!! I bought 2 plushies from them and it came in a polymailer taped up. The items look nothing like their website or social media pages and when asked to return, you have to be responsible for return shipping even if it comes damaged. I would NOT purchase anything from them. I’m sharing so no one else gets scammed. They also filter all their comments on social media so you don’t see the negative ones. My credit card also got denied multiple times, I should have taken that as a warning that it’s not a safe website.

I ordered Rusty the Red Panda
I ordered Rusty the Red Panda - and was a little sceptical first, as there were mixed ratings and little reviews. Anyhow, everything went smoothly! Shipping from China with pre cleared customs, the plushie is exactly as advertised, seems to be great quality.
Just don't listen to the low score on scamadviser.com, I am very happy I didn't and I can definitely recommend! Payment is possible via PayPal so you are under it's buyer protection.

Excellent product
Ordered a Teddy as displayed in their social media.
Product arrived in excellent condition and looks just like the pictures. Despite being shipped from overseas, arrived very quickly. Contact with company not great as they do not reply quickly but courier tracking is provided.
