Had to complain about a substantial part of the order that was not included but I was still charged full price. The got back to me asking for time to sort it out, but unless they have hundreds of employees, this is taking way too long. Will not use again. Items I tried were not tasty. Could be me, so I've not tried anymore. Waste of money.

Poor quality nuts soft instead of crunchy explained to them and was told that they come to them from a different supplier waiting to see if I get refund or replacements

Good conversation, quick and easy

Recommended to try them off a friend who had given me a try of some of the fruit they do which was lovely.

Put in an order and when it finally arrived everything in the order was wrong, it looked like I had received someone elses order.

I contacted them and sent pictures of the items I had received (in unlabled bags, one of which was unsealed)

Now 2 weeks after placing the order I have not heard back from them so no refund and no goods.

Absolutely cannot recommend. Awful customer service. I am going to have to go through my bank for a refund.

Dried kiwi and melon say ‘naturally sweet’ and ‘100% kiwi’, but they are covered in sugar (they taste delicious but I was trying to avoid sugar)
Other than that fast delivery and the other items were good.

Wrong items sent again. Asked if I could return and got no help. Won't be ordering from them again.

The delivery lady is always so cheerful so nice to see a Happy Face at the door

Great company. My order arrived fast. I love the banana covered chocolate, the Turkish delight in different flavours is lovely

Everything was great except the macadonian nuts were half price and tasted musty and I think they were old but everything else was ok the Turkish delight was excellent and the honey cashews were superb

This company provides great products if you get what you order but they substitute without asking and make order errors. You get no response from them when reporting these errors and hence no refund or answers.

I wasn’t impressed with what I received, it was all very sugary and I didn’t receive a refund on my missing coconut macaroons either

Peanut butter pretzels are great. So are Chocolate covered sunflower seeds. Nuts are soso.

Excellent products.
I am missing 1 product I bought and am still waiting for the problem to be rectified
otherwise it would be 5 stars.

What a shame after reading the mix reviews has put me off ordering

Tracking 48 hrs but 9 days after not here. Royal Mail said was not collected by them. Contacted company many times ignored. Then raised a complaint by PayPal then funny enough tracking them became live. Arrived things missing. Will never use this company again. Be honest if you haven’t posted it don’t say you have.

Comfort food, all the nuts are delicious, I could eat cashews all day!!! Apple, mango delicious but I found the Kiwi (one of my favourite fruits) a bit flavourless and made my jaw ache with all the chewing 🤣 but will be ordering more cashews

1st time ordering and very disappointed, tracking didn't work, only part of the order came, the part that has come doesn't look great, still waiting for the refund for the missing item, it has been 6 days and the site says refund in 2 days (probably going to have to get the bank involved) definitely don't recommend

Update it has been almost 3 months and I still haven't had my refund, the bank is still looking into it but I am not hopeful for getting my money back. I wish I could give 0 stars
