Grace is great- very knowledgeable , extremely helpful.

I work on my feet all day doing manual labor, so when my feet start hurting, it affects everything. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but Carrie took the time to ask what I do for work and really listened before recommending anything. She knew her products well and explained everything without making me feel pressured to buy. She helped me find what fit my job and my needs instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option. My feet feel better, and I wish I would’ve gone sooner. Great experience, and I highly recommend asking for Carrie.

Went to the Good Feet Store and meet with Carrie. This was an amazing experience. I am more stable and feeling better. Looking forward to starting to be able to do the things I haven’t been able to. And Carrie is the best I swear we are sisters!!!

I can’t recommend Carrie enough. I spend a lot of time on my feet for work, but I’m also really into fitness, so when my feet hurt, it affects so much more than just getting through my workday. It impacts my workouts, my recovery, and honestly just being able to enjoy the things I love.

What I appreciated most was that Carrie didn’t just try to sell me a product. She took the time to understand me first. She asked about my lifestyle, what I do every day, what my goals are, and what was actually causing me problems. Instead of trying to make me fit the product, she found the product that fit my life. That made all the difference.

You can tell she genuinely believes in what she’s doing because she knows her products inside and out, but even more importantly, she knows how to listen. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt like she truly cared about helping me find the right solution, not just making a sale. She advocated for what would benefit me based on my lifestyle instead of trying to convince me that one solution works for everyone, and I really appreciated that.

Customer service like that is hard to find. If you’re considering The Good Feet Store, ask for Carrie. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience one I’d recommend to anyone.

Carrie was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire fitting process. She took the time to make sure my mom was properly fitted with a full set of Step Forward inserts and explained everything clearly. Well I learned a lot of things that I never knew, but the care was over exceptional. Love love love the good feet store! Was struggling with lower back pain for a year but Grace took such great care of me. She took her time in explaining how the products work and made sure they felt great! Grace MADE the experience! Using the 3 insert method is genius. My feet actually get strengthened and then I can where the maintainers the rest of the day! No longer have back pain and I will always continue to wear these inserts. Would 100% recommend if you’re trying to make a change!

My name is Eli Lupa, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and support I received from Grace Selis at The Good Feet Store.

A few weeks ago, I visited the store looking for answers, but I honestly had no idea what was causing the pain I had been dealing with. I spend my workdays standing and walking on concrete, and by the end of each day my lower back would be exhausted. My sciatica pain had become increasingly difficult to manage, often leaving me with little energy or motivation to do anything once I got home.

Grace took the time to thoroughly explain how my feet could be the underlying cause of many of these issues. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution. After trying the arch supports in the store, I decided to take home the three-step system.

After wearing the supports for the past few weeks, I can confidently say they have made a remarkable difference. My lower back pain has improved significantly, and, to my surprise, I’ve even noticed less discomfort in my knees—something I wasn’t expecting because that wasn’t even the reason I initially came in.
