I had an appointment toady at Plainview store today at 1 pm. I went into my lunch hour, after waiting for one hour Josh mentioned me at 2:05 pm that sorry for inconvenience because he was alone in the store he couldn't help me and need to come back with another appointment or he will call me back. He had another patient came in at 1:50 pm so he went to help me asking me to come back with another appointment.
This is absolute waste of my time and efforts.
I can't believe how this store works with patient coming with appointment. Very unprofessional behavior and would not go back to this store.
