Order took a month to arrive and no…

Order took a month to arrive and no surprise the delivery was attempted by Evri. The parcel was dumped outside and stolen, because the front door is accessible to public.

Evri refuses to deal with anyone but the actual company and the company advised that since the parcel was delivered (despite the evident photo of the package left outside) they can't help.

I was advised to place another order and PAY AGAIN. Needless to say it will not be happening.

No order received, no feedback from customer service

I have ordered on April 15th, on April 26th I received a message to confirm my address which I did. After that I never heard from them again. I tried to contact them three times but received no feedback.
This company seems like a scam! Really disappointed…

Azienda poco seria o truffa?

Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla e l'ordine non è stato elaborato. Ho mandato diversi messaggi ma ricevo sempre le stesse risposte con la promessa che il mio ordine verrà elaborato entro 5 giorni. Aspetterò ancora qualche giorno e poi aprirò un reclamo con PayPal. Sicuramente, a prescindere da come finirà, non acquisterò più da questa azienda poco seria.

Mi pedido lleva 10 días sin actualización, ni movimiento, pedí un reembolso completo de mi dinero ya que fue una cantidad grande, me pusieron demasiadas excusas para darme actualización sobre el pedido, lo que me llevó a pedir el reembolso, realmente espero que me lo den o tomaré medidas legales internaciones en contra de la compañía

TOTAL SCAM! I have written tons of emails no response, the WA is a total joke it seems like its always nighttime in China. Complete silence. But yeah they took my money without a problem.
Update: COMPLETE SILENCE no refund nothing. They are straight stealing from us.

No communication, no tracking, scam.

It’s has been a month since the payment is made. No communication, no tracking, no order status. Feel like this is a scam. Emailed support team and the “account manager” yet nothing. Contacted WhatsApp and got an auto response “it’s very late in China…” then next morning nothing. Very disappointed as I keep seeing these on tiktok and Instargram. Will be posting reviews there too.

Lately

Lately , I order this place. I don’t have a good experience. It has been 6 days already. I asked them on WhatsApp to Amelia when can you ship out . Her text will take half of the day due to high volume it will have a delay process. When I first order it and they said the process take 2 to 4 days processing. I also to the Ai and have Sunny reach out about my concern . She said she already rush in the queue within 5 business days. Still nothing . Very frustrating. It is not like Temu or dhgate . At least you know where the status. Here I feel clueless. If they are big companies like they said on TikTok it should be better communication and effective efficient. I also don’t see that much reviewers either . What is going on ? Is this a scam 🙁 when you order they tell you it will take 2 to 4 business days standard. Now it is a week and when I text them they said they have expedited take 3 to 5 days . Too good to be true . When you want to cancel due to they didn’t deliver like they said they will charge you a fee without even tell you about that 15 percent. Really is this how you do business. Very frustrating and disappointing. Their communication is with an Ai robot and you want to talk to agent not even there. It is not efficient like Temu, dhgate or shein. It is cheap but it is a scam .

Soy muy selectiva al elegir cosas, así que debí haber cambiado de opinión una docena de veces antes de hacer el pedido. A través de todo, el servicio al cliente fue excelente y mis artículos llegaron según lo programado. Compraría de ellos una y otra vez.
