AS SOON AS YOU USE IT, THE CALL DROPS AND IT KEEPS DOING THE SAME THING UNTIL YOUR BALANCE IS ZERO WITHOUT YOU ACTUALLY HAVING MADE THE CALL. Reached out multiple times over billing disputes never got a response three emails multiple messages sent through service no reply. Service started out at $59 then no notice moved in $99 a month and then this last month they now they are charging me $130 a month with no notice. Originally I was very happy with the service but with her horrible customer service I am going to cancel this has really upset me very unprofessional for a company to do this you just lost a customer.

Stay away from Goodcall.

We canceled this service in October 2025, yet the company continued charging our card month after month. Despite numerous emails with customer service and repeated requests to stop billing, the charges continued until we were forced to block and replace our credit card in February 2026.

What is even more frustrating is that none of the unauthorized charges were refunded, despite extensive back-and-forth communication and clear evidence that the service had been canceled.

The service itself provided little value and did not deliver the results we were expecting. To make matters worse, as of May 2026, Goodcall is still attempting to charge our card even after the account was canceled months ago.

In our experience, this company has shown a complete disregard for customer cancellation requests and billing concerns. We spent more time fighting unwanted charges than benefiting from the actual service.

Monitor your statements carefully and think twice before providing payment information. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

When I call a customer service number, I expect a number of options to eventually get to a person to deal with the problem. Goodcall starts immediately with upsell options to service I don't want or need. There is no interaction, just a constant sales pitch. If you have the patience, you will be told they can't help with the problem and provide another number to go through the exact same process again. I sincerely hope the businesses using Goodcall quickly go broke.

Do not use Goodcall.com as they promise new members a free account forever but now they have changed their access to the voicemail access which cannot be accessed with any ease or in my case I cannot access the callers messages after using and putting out this number on many platforms with now a useless number. Now I will to loose many callers which may have become clients. GoodCall.com is now useless and has broken their word in having a free account forever. They are asking for nearly $60 per month to now access the calls for a service that can be obtained for less than $10 a month. My communication with the company said they would charge me only after the 2nd month to get access to this number which is out on platforms for more than a year of using this number which now is destroyed by a company that has broken their word.
