Placed order almost 1 month ago. Order has not been dispatched from tracking information. I have emailed for information with no response.

BIG AVOID. Lots of flash deals constantly which says to me company is going bankrupt and not fulfilling orders.

Raised dispute through my credit card company with the hope to have my money restored in my account.

Scam do not order goods do not arrive

Absolutely scam of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have sent numerous emails they do not reply. They need looking into as they are a scam website and I intend to do this. To stop others getting ripped off.

This is definately a scam - despite numerous emails to their conntact site - you cannot get a reply - their links for their requested review doesntwork - suprise suprise!

It’s a scam. Wish I’d checked Trustpilot before placing my order over 1 month ago, still not received my order. Do not buy any products through facebook. Nothing but problems they’re all scams.

SCAM!!! Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!! There is people posting on facebook sites ( CLEANING TIPS AND TRICKS) showing how good these products are and showing fake results to get people to purchase… !!!!! The page has blocked me from being able to comment on Joan Stewarts post!!!! I’ve requested a refund through my bank

Brought Something from this website a month ago. Not received my goods Don't reply to emails. Had to get a refund through my bank and it's under investigation. Don't use this website.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Ordered about a month ago, still no product, emailed 3 times and no response, luckily only spent 11 pound but still absolute SCAM!!!!

Do not buy from this company!!! The products look great online but I placed 2 orders months ago and have no received anything. Thankfully I ordered via Clearpay and they refunded my money. I have emailed them numerous times and had no response. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I wish i looked at all these reviews first before i purchased. I have written to them 3 times with no response, I purchased the eye patches January 11th, still waiting. Says its preparing shipping and be with me within 7 days, yeh right. Luckily I only spent £15, but that isn't the point. Never will I use these again!!

Scam company. Ordered chest strips after saw them on a Facebook called "Cleaning tips and tricks" which has 1.8m members. They use Mrs Hinch as their profile pic. I have never recieved my strips and have tried messaging and emailing with no joy.
Looking at companies house, which is freely available to access by all, this company is owned by Alex Barzey who also owns Scrubology. She appears to have used admin and several members of the cleaning tips Facebook page to promote her products on there. I have the list of names who continued to post, delete and then repost Scrubology and Good skin products with other people on the "list" commenting how fantastic the products were. Every single one of these posts have now been deleted by the individuals who posted them. The photos they used were all copied from various websites, not their photos as they claimed. Got instantly blocked for reporting posts to admin of the "Cleaning tips and tricks"page so 100% admin there are involved in these companies in some way. Have saw numerous other people were blocked too. They should be ashamed of themselves on that Facebook page. Going to try and get my money back from my bank but don't hold out much hope. Should be shut down

Absolute scam merchants. Take your money and never send goods. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Don’t reply to emails.

Well, I wish I'd checked here before I made my order. Placed an order 29/11/24 for a Christmas present based on reviews on social media. I have emailed numerous times and received no response. Magically got 'dispatched' - nice try Goodskin but evri show they still haven't received it from you so you haven't dispatched it. Disgusting customer service.

Came across this company on Facebook in a hunch household group , everyone was raving about the products. Clearly a scam . I normally check out new companies and wish I had , ordering seemed legit but no items were despatched , and kept getting emails saying hope you liked your product which is bizarre as they hadn’t even sent it, sent messages but nothing has ever been responded too. Then found these reviews of the scam company. Have opened claim with my bank to get my money back. Avoid , losing money is one thing but they also now have my personal details which are much more valuable and being a scam

Do not use this company, they are scam artists. I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a product on 17/11/2024 and have never received it. I have proof from the courier that the parcel was never received and never left their warehouse. The only way to contact this sham of a company is through email and lo and behold, they don’t respond to their emails. I have now sent 4 as of this morning and have not received one response. I will be chasing this up with my bank as the company are scammers and shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Basic customer service is a must and they just seem to be interested in your money and nothing else. They must pay influencers to post their TikTok’s as no one could trust this company without some sort of incentive. Absolute disgrace.
