Amazing company, offering luxury fully equipped campers and great customer service. We were travelling with a baby and they installed a baby seat in the front for us. The camper was spotless and fresh when we picked it up and we were provided with great advice by a friendly chap. 10/10 , will definitely use them in the future and have recommended to others.

An amazing trip! These guys made it really easy, they were waiting for us when we arrived, fully stocked defender which was super reliable and lots of fun. Already looking to see when we can book again.

On our way home from an unforgettable NC500 trip in one of Go North’s campers. Brilliant van with everything we needed and the customer service was excellent. Great experience hiring a Defender 90 to do the NC500 with this great company. Vehicle was in excellent condition with clean, good quality equipment - they’ve thought of everything you need. The TentBox especially ensured a great night sleep away from any crowds. Team were excellent before, during and after.

We hired a Land Rover Defender with a Tent Box to explore the Cairngorms and Skye. Can't recommend this company or product enough. Very good communication throughout including a guides and videos. Really friendly team and the Land Rover was in great condition. Would highly recommend

The guys at Go North were great, very welcoming and willing to offer advice on our collection of a T6 campervan for a week.
The van was spotless and was ready for a comfortable road trip.
The TDI motor made cruising up and down the Scottish roads a pleasure, stopping for a brew with a view at the drop of a hat.
Although comfortable sleeping up top with a great viewing window and great ventilation, we did enjoy the plush rock and rolla pullout bed below, quick and simple.
Great easy hook up for electric on luxury Campsite shower nights.
But when going wild for an evening the T6 was 👍.
Ideal to use for us climbing the Munros.
Stayed beyond Lairg with a view, Ardmair Bay - wild night spots- Fortrose & Rosemarkie Bay to watch the dolphins 🐬.
Would highly recommend the experience and the hire from Go North Campers, the defender looked good for next time 😉

We hired the Land Rover 90 Sunday-Thursday to do the nc500 and it was fantastic. The team at Go North were absolutely great. They answered our questions on short notice as we booked just a few days before travelling and also allowed us to pick up the truck earlier on our collection day and drop it off later on drop off day. The van was fully equipped for a nc500 trip with cooking facilities to camping facilities. The roof tent was very comfortable allowing us to get 10 hour sleep a night which was well needed after exploring all day. We would definitely recommend this to anyone. The only thing to note would be the truck is quite agricultural and big to drive but you get used to it relatively quickly.

We wanted to do the NC500 ‘in style’ so chose to our adventure in one of the Defenders…

Firstly the cost of hire was incomparable to other company’s, coming in significantly more affordable!

We hired the Landy aka Dora for a five day trip. It was more than well equipped, clean and surprisingly roomy, particularly the roof box tent (with one of us at 5ft8 and the other 6ft4! we fitted comfortably).

The guys at Go North were awesome - a great bunch and we wish you every success!

Would recommend to anyone looking for an adventure!

Brilliant NC500 Trip! The team at Go North were so helpful & professional, answering lots of questions for us before our trip. The defenders were so much fun and a great way to get round the NC500 - perfect for wild camping too. I would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again soon :)

Me and my partner hired a defender 90 for 10 days, to do the NC500. Unfortunately we couldn’t go due to covid, the team were so helpful and reassuring, and was moved to 2021!
When we finally could go, they were excellent with answering our emails (there was many haha) very polite and informative!
We hired 2 defenders in the end with some friends and had the best holiday! The roof tents were so comfortable and so amazing wild camping spots in Scotland! Highly recommend this company, quick, easy and friendly!

We rented a Land Rover Defender 90 for 5 nights.
It was super easy to book, we emailed ahead with any questions we had and they replied almost always the same day which made planning our trip easier.

The Defender came with towels, cutlery, crockery, bedding, etc but didn't take up much space as it was all very compact. Tentbox was extremely easy to use. Driving it was also much more fun than expected given how big it is!

The only issue we had with the Defender was that we were a bit unlucky in that it started to be a bit sluggish on part of our trip (needed a couple bottles of injector cleaner). This did help and wasn't like this the entire trip but happened intermittently. It was a little frustrating but the company were amazing, they were always available whenever I phoned and were able to give advice straight away and at the end of the trip we got a generous portion of our hire back from them for the inconvenience.

Overall, we were really really happy with our experience and would recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a Defender (I've already recommended them to some friends). There were friendly, professional and easily accessible. Would definitely book with them again.

Hired the Landrover Defender for 3 nights for a birthday celebration, was great fun exploring off the usual routes. Guys were extremely accommodating and helpful, great service. The Landy even had hot water bottles that were very much appreciated! Already recommending Go North to friends. Now thinking of trying out one of their campers for the next adventure!

We hired a camper van for a week. Booking process was simple, collection process was very straightforward, we were emailed a video a week before arrival that took us through all the vans features but someone was still on hand to answers any questions on the day as well as give some useful tips on our planned trip.

An excellent company with great vehicles and professional approach to customer service. A pleasure to deal with.

Hired a vw van for a week to do the nc500 i can honestly say wahat a fantastic week we had the campervan exceeded all our expectations and the sevice from go north campers was excellent everything was explained perfectly with no fuss woul definetly hire from go north again

We had the 4x4 Land Rover for 5 nights and 6 days to do the NC500. Simply put, the route and scenery were sensational and the Land Rover gave us complete freedom to do it exactly how we wanted. The experience with Go North and the team was top class and professional as well. Already planning to do it all over again!

Just back from having hired a GoNorth campervan for 7 nights to do the NC500. The van itself was absolutely perfect for the trip - both very comfortable to sleep in and to drive. The service from the guys at GoNorth was also fantastic with great communication throughout. Highly highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Go North Adventure group enough! We hired one of their campers for 6 days, 3 of which it poured and we still had a brilliant time. The customer service was great, the team answered all the questions we had and were there if we needed anything while on the road. The camper itself has everything you need, bedding, towels, dining supplies, etc but still isn’t scarily big to drive. Which was handy when driving the winding roads of the NC500. Thanks to the leisure battery within the vehicle, we were able to wild camp every night and still managed to charge our phones. Which allowed us to stay in places with incredibly views. We brought along our 2 year old retriever and paddle boards and still had enough room to move around the van. If you are thinking of booking a camper, I’d definitely use these guys!!

We spent a week in Go North’s Land Rover Defender doing the North Coast 500 route. We originally booked in November 2020 but had to repeatedly reschedule to trip due to lockdown restrictions. The Go North team were extremely accommodating and flexible with this and we no issues whatsoever. Upon picking up the Land Rover it was a very simple, painless process and the guys were extremely helpful and adventure seekers themselves.

Our experience in the Land Rover was fantastic. The Roof tent was solid and the vehicle comes with everything you’ll need for a great trip and despite adverse rain, we lived comfortably in the car for the week.

I’d highly recommend Go North as the team are great and the there’s no better vehicle to tackle a week of terrible Scottish weather than a Defender! Will definitely be using again for future trips.
