We had such a great time in the Highlands! These vans are definitely the ideal way to travel as they are extremely comfy, spacious and very easy to drive (especially when you’re trying to navigate along all the single track roads).

GoNorth was a brilliant company to deal with and they ensured the pick up and drop off of the van was quick, easy and hassle free.

We would definitely recommend GoNorth Campers and will certainly use them again if we return to the Highlands.

Thank you Go North Campers for making this trip possible with your amazing campervan (Volkswagen T6 with pop up roof top) and the very sensible price rate. Mr Neil was always available for any questions that we had during the trip about the campervan and very polite. We picked up the car from Elgin and they were very kind to bring/pick as the campervan on Elgin train station which was very convenient. They were very informative about the campervan (how to use its supplies) and any questions we had about our trip (Northcoast500). This roadtrip is an amazing experience and Go North Campers made it simple and convenient. Thank you again and would definetely hire from these guys again. Highly recomended!!

I had an absolutely brilliant time in the campervan. Nick was friendly and helpful and the campervan was well equipped. Despite choosing the weekend of Storm Ophelia to go away, I was warm and cosy and loved every minute of my adventure. I took my bike and what a pleasure it was having a hot drink and getting changed out of my wet clothes after a morning on the trails. I can't wait to plan my next trip with GoNorth Campers!

What an adventure! Hired a ‘Go North Campers’ campervan and had an excellent trip around North Coast 500 route. Nick at Go North Campers had thought of everything. The van was clean, in excellent order and fully euipped with all the essentials. Very comfortable and slept very well as wild camped every night! Well done Nick! Your a professional and friendly man. Booking was so easy. All bedding, camping chairs and even food and beer in the fridge at no extra cost(not like some others). The guys answered the phone or called back very quickly and sorted out any queries we had.
Their advice on where to stop and the things to do meant we got to see some events we would have missed.
We have already been recommending them to everybody we tell about our trip.

We travelled through the Scottish Highlands, doing a mixture of campsite visits and wild camping which worked well with keeping the van topped up with electricity and water. Having a blow heater, gas stove and tap for water made the our trip in the campervan very comfortable. We very happy happy with the service and found Go North Campers to be accommodating of our travel needs. They even dropped the van off at Inverness airport for us and collected it from there at the end of our trip. Would highly recommend!

We hired the poptop van for 4 nights and it was amazing! Before and after making a booking, Nick and Neil responded very quickly to any questions and gave all the information needed. The van comes equipped with lots of extras; camping chairs/table, bedding, cooking equipment; which was brilliant as many other companies did not provide these (or did but for an extra charge).
We wildcamped with the van for our trip and the electrics held up really well without a hook up (esp. with plenty of day driving to charge) and are very easy to use, there is also lots of room inside the van for relaxing in the evenings.
We are really looking forward to hiring from them again next year, great value for money, service and experience, thanks to both Nick and Neil for everything, we will be recommending you to everyone!

It was our first time in Scotland and we decided to do the North Coast 500 route. We had everything we need in the van as fridge, gas cooker, heater, cabinets, dishes, table, chairs and all necessary things for daily life. It was spacious and very confortable, specially the one we rented because the roof could be raised.
Nick helped us in so many things: he explained us very well the van instruccions, he prepared a lovely "welcome pack" based on bread, milk and beer, he recommended us places to visit, places to buy typical things from the region and he helped us if we had any problem.
A part from the perfect service, the van is pretty new and modern, easy to use and price was very competitive so the quality-price rate is really good!

We hired one of their campers for the first time for our own tour of Scotland and it was amazing. Doggy friendly and fully equipped with everything we needed: comfy bed and bedding, towels, camping chairs, cooking utensils, tons of cooking gas, fridge, the lot, plus a little campervan craft beer and a few basics gifted to us from the guys! Not only was the van ideal, their friendly service and hints and tips for our holiday just made our whole holiday experience. Came across Go North Campers on the internet while searching for a reasonably priced campervan/motorhome. It was affordable, thought we would give them ago. Nick and Neil were helpful from day one, phoned them two or three times with questions before the holiday they were always only to happy to help. Collected the van for the start of our holiday, lovely and clean and smelt fresh. Everything we needed was in the van, we did on our return suggest that a couple of levelling chocs would have been useful. Nick said they would be putting some in their when he could locate some that were not to big. Not only helpful but receptive to constructive suggestions and feedback. These guys come highly recommended.

The campervan was perfect for us as we travelled the North Coast 500 route, and an extra day on the Isle Of Skye too. Very spacious and modern, everything we needed including lots of cupboard space, fridge, gas hobs, sink, etc.
The pop up bed on the roof was perfect for waking up to spectacular views over some of the best views on the country.
We will definitely be hoping to use GoNorth again in future, and have already recommended them to many of our closest friends.

Just back from driving the North Coast 500 in the 2 berth GoNorth camper van. Very competitive rate for the week's hire, comfortable and reliable vehicle, friendly and efficient service.
Nick met us at Inverness airport with the van all ready to go. No nonsense induction and handover of keys as well as providing valuable information and advice for the route.
A couple of minor teething problems the first day, but Nick was quick to respond with any questions we had.
I would highly recommend GoNorth Campers to anyone thinking of doing th NC500. Doing it in a small campervan is ideal as it is the perfect size for the roads whilst giving you the freedom to stop pretty much anywhere on route. GoNorth provide just the service for doing this on a very reasonable budget.

We chose GoNorth as they are ideally located for us, and for you to start any adventure within the highlands. Their very competitive hire costs was also a factor in choosing them, and you are more than getting your moneys worth! The van, although not being the newest, had everything you need and was in very good condition. Neil gave us a good demonstration on where everything is and how everything works and away we went. Couldn't fault the van at all!
Would recommend to anyone, and most likely will use again ourselves.

Great service, met with the van at the airport, good explanation of the van and its equipment. Van was clean, well equipped and although a few years old was in excellent condition and had been well fitted out with good quality equipment and simple and easy to use. Under seat heating a real bonus for those wet scottish days! Nick provides a personal service and responded to our queries on the road quickly.

We hired a VW Campervan from GoNorth for 6 days and was a real pleasure. The van was excellent, having a bit more space than a normal T5 as it was a long wheelbase version. It was well equipped and even included towels and a bear mascot..!!
It was perfect for exploring the NC 500 route and didn't feel too big and cumbersome to tackle the single track roads. It managed the Bealach na Ba to Applecross with ease..unlike some of the campers we saw..!!
All in all a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend GoNorth for your Scottish campervan hire.
