Awaiting your further help to get started

Hello, as I started downloading the Mina app, I got stuck as I dont have any fitness device. I have written a mail to get help but still did not get any response. I have now ordered the device in the hope that I will get help in the meantime. There is no where on the site that really shows how to install the app and the fitness devices. The video called "How it works" is more of a personal testimonial but doesnt show any "how to do"-instructions.
So far, quite disappointed, but lets see once I receive the MixFit device and hopefully get contacted by someone from you.

Dear Csaba, we have investigated and our records indicate that the first shipment sent to you contained 6 Corepacks and corresponding flavors, to account for minimum of 3 months of consumables supply for 2 persons. This was to proactively ensure that you have more than enough supplies for the initial 3 months, and thereafter resupplies would be shipped. Please contact us at support@gomixfit.com if you did not receive those 6 Corepacks, or if you need replacements for any reason. We appreciate your continued membership and hope to have addressed your concern.

Mixfit has been a great way to ensure I get the right amounts of vitamins for me. It takes some getting used to before it becomes part of your routine, but once I started thinking of it as hydration as well as nutrition it became easier to incorporate into my day.
