I ordered a bra that was being pushed on the socials but when it (eventually) came it was absolutely rubbish - no structure at all. I initially got a response saying, "instead of a refund, how about you choose any other item from the website" - I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I have emailed at least 4 times now and I am just not getting a response! What is wrong with these people???

Bra completely wrong size. I have emailed 4 times for a return label to request refund. I have been ignored. Rubbish!

I ordered correct size . Don't fit at all! awful Bra and is badly made. Tried to email them for a return label 5 times and had nothing. Don't buy from them . Took ages to receive really disappointed .

If I could give a lower score I would. The item sent was not like the one in the advert, similar but not the same and the shape promises it makes would not be possible with the item sent. Many requests for refund information have been ignored. Do not order from here at all

What I ordered and what I got were two different items. The adverts they used belonged to a totally different company.

What I thought I was ordering from this "company" and what I got where two totally different bras ....they used another companies advert (HSIA is the genuine bra company) what arrived was total rubbish ...I asked for a refund three times and they've just ignored emails. Have since bought from the real company of the bra they advertised.

I was sent the wrong style. Usual reply to keep the item and they would send correct item free of charge. Never heard from them since. 0 stars from me.

Appalling customer service - I never received the item. I gave strict instructions on the delivery side which were not adhered to. Golysa are ignoring my emails regarding a replacement.

Scam. Never buy from this site. The size is wrong, and they don't respond to emails. Returns are not possible.

I bought a bra which was to small emailed for a exchange & im still waiting 2 months on to receive new item .

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews here before ordering. The bra delivered is completely wrong size wise, so I emailed requesting a refund. As with other reviewers here I was offered an exchange. I have now sent 3 emails that have been ignored. I have tried to leave a review on the website, but there is only the option to give 5 stars!

The bra received is nothing like the one advertised. Misleading, no support or shape. Do not waste your money purchasing from this company.

I ordered bras from the website after I saw the misleading advertisement.
I received totally different item, I contacted the team they offered a replacement..
I told them that I need my money back they stopped responding.
They are a scamming people, they shouldn't be operating.

Absolute rubbish ordered a bra that looked good. Unfortunately what came was just rubbish and nothing like the one advertised. I have had no response to my request for a refund so I’ll try and get a chargeback through my credit card. I’m not buying again through a company I’ve not heard of.

Do not buy from these people, it’s a total scam. They sent a bra that is totally different to the one advertised, had no underwire and does not even exist on their website. They take your money for a very inferior product

I received a cheap version of the bra advertised which looked nothing like the one advertised or shown in influencer posts. Doesn’t fit.
Don’t fall for the hype like I did. Just some Chinese drop shipping company relying on people not bothering to send stuff back as it’s too much hassle.

Wrong items arrived, no return information included. Original email requesting a refund was acknowledged and a replacement offered. Never any acknowledgement however that they had sent the wrong items or an apology for same. Despite numerous emails thereafter, no response and no replacement and 2 bras I don't want !

Since receiving my unusable bra I have had no response to my request for a refund. This garment may work for some but did not for me and there clearly is no intention of a refund being offered, so approach with massive caution and expect to waste your money.

Avoid this website !!!! I bought a baby carrier and after a long time waiting I received a notification saying it was delivered which it didn’t happen. I emailed the company and they replied back saying the would send the item in case i didn’t receive it. I have been emailing them and got not more responses. This is a scam.
