Fantastic company to deal with. Ordered a set of Taylor Made irons when Carl called to say there had been a small issue so they were upgrading them at no cost. Sure enough a few days later the new irons arrived. I’ve since ordered two new fairway clubs due to their excellent customer service. Can’t rate them highly enough.

I’ve ordered many times from Golfworx and have been very impressed with the wide selections on offer, the pricing, the custom options and there are always quick responses when you have any queries; they always keep you informed. Really helpful and went out of their way to help. The hole experience was excellent and will definitely recommend them too others . The delivery was faster than expected and correct.

Ordered a Powakaddy fx5 at the cheapest price you will find online. They delivered 4 days later using dpd who kept me updated on when it would arrive. Also used the chat service on the Golfworx website and got an instant reply and great advice so really can't fault them. Great service

I bought a new Wilson set in oct 23 for a great price and service. In April 25 I noticed that the driver face has become concaved and whilst disappointed I was resigned to replacing it as the set was out of warranty. A golfing buddy said to get in touch with golfworx and ask for some support based on the view that to fail after 18 months of use is not really good enough. I called Karl at 4.45 last wed and he said to send pics and email explaining the issue. I got back from golf at 12.30 today to find a new driver and a few extras bits had been delivered. Less than 48 hours and all sorted - brilliant service and Karl was brilliant throughout. Thanks Karl.

Brilliant customer service. I tried to order a club which was no longer available. Karl at Golfworx supplied the newer model at the same price and express delivered it to the golf hotel where we staying, at no extra cost.

Excellent customer service. Had some wedges built, which came from the manufacturer. They weren't really delayed as such, but to ensure I got them as quickly as possible, Golfworx sent then on a next day for me. Was kept updated throughout and pricing was the best I could find. Definitely recommend!

I got in touch with golfworx via online chat on Sunday night around 7pm in regards to a Taylormade golf bag I asked if it would be here before Saturday the person I spoke to assured me it would be. 2 days later and it’s here chuffed to bits with the bag and the service couldn’t recommend them enough!! To top it off it was free delivery. Top company!

Ordered a custom made JPX825 gap wedge, 5-7 days delivery time quoted, Delivered exactly on time, Received a call from Carl when Item despatched,Can’t fault the service. Would definitely use again.

Getting fitted by Karl for a new set of irons in November 23 has knocked nearly FOUR strokes off my handicap index—19.5 to 15.8 in exactly 12 months.

I had an hour booked in with Karl and was late turning up. Karl was super chill about it (happily he had a free slot after) and asked me a bunch of questions about what I did and didn't want, measured my swing, strike and ground contact etc. etc.

I didn't have anything in mind, so Karl tried a LOAD of different options, taking time to explain how each affected my launch angle, distance, spin, ability to stop the ball etc. I knew nothing and he was very patient and clear in his explanation. In all he spent nearly two hours with me, way more than he had to (or that he'd promised).

In the end we found the perfect clubs for me — some Ping G430s. Turns out I need my clubs to be slightly more upright than usual (so that's why I often caught the turf on long irons!) so he suggested white dots.

After a week or so getting made, the difference was immediate. I always had quite a slow swing speed but can now hit a seven iron 170 yards.

Mainly, though, I'm so much more confident on my approach shots. I'm consistent in my yardage and get a great, high trajectory, meaning I can usually stop the ball on most greens.

Price was extremely competitive and I genuinely couldn't have been happier with the service. Going to book an appointment now for a driver/wood fitting.
