Ordered expensive custom towels for an event, well within the lead time to receive them. As the event approached, the status of the items was still 'preparing'. I reached out for a status many, many times with no reply. Finally, after bombarding with message, someone replied and said there was an issue but that it had been corrected and the items would be sent to arrive after my event. I asked if there was any way to expedite and they said no. I decide to still receive the items since a lot of design work went into them. But week later the item status is still 'preparing' and I'm not getting any updates from customer services.

I placed an order with them on May 8th When I recieved the order they had reversed the initials form what I had ordered. I have tried a number of times and different ways to contact them and get it corrected. So far I have not heard back from them or even gotten a reply from them.

Still awaiting our personalised golf ball marker, which we had ordered for a birthday present. It was due to be delivered to an InPost locker, by Yodel on the 27th of May.
Numerous emails to both GolfSignet and Yodel and we are still none the wiser. What happened to customer service 🤔
Please don't bother to waste your money with this company.

I ordered 2 golf ball markers 4 weeks ago and still havent heard from them . have sent numerouse emails and getting no replys ....
starting to think this is a scam or they have no intention of sending items .
