Golf Pro Services Omdömen

Roger's details were passed to me when a neighbour noticed my broken Motocaddy trolley in the garage. The main wishbone part of the frame had snapped and I had assumed it was good for the tip. Roger had it fully repaired in days with new parts at a fraction of the cost of replacing what was otherwise a functioning trolley. He also fixed a main compartment zip on my golf bag too. Great personal service and pricing and a Fantastic contact to have.

OMG what a magician Roger Williams is - l have had a powakaddy for 6 years , trolley was knackered - Roger has not only fixed my issues he has made my trolley look new - thank you 🙏🏽

Recommended by friend at golf club. Friendly, quick and reliable service. A new battery for golf trolley obtained and returned to me all nice and clean.

Great service as usual from Roger

The service from start to finish was second to none. Will now be used for all repair services

What a fabulous efficient service. Thanks Roger! Highly recommended to all golfers!! And probably the best price around.

Roger quickly identified the issue with my trolley (needed a new control unit after it died mid-round on the course) and fixed in good time at very reasonable cost. Will definitely use Roger in flthe future should I need to

It was a quick phone call to Roger to explain the issue and confirm the price for a replacement handle. Booked a time and Roger replaced the handle, and gave a quick guide to maintaining the trolley which was very helpful. Trolley fixed while I waited. Brilliant service.

Friendly welcome and an immediate solution to my issue.
Good advice on my Trolley that had not been given to me before. Thanks

The whole experience from start to finish was very professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful at very reasonable price's. Fixed my trolley while I waited. Would highly recommend and will be using again if needed.

Excellent service
Roger dealt with my electric trolley failure quickly and also gave some great tips for maintenance. So I learnt something at the same time.
Would highly recommend him.

I asked Roger for advice on problems I was having with my Motocaddy and he gave me advice which remedied the problem. The help put my mind at rest and it was pro bono.
I would recommend Roger to anyone with a motorised caddy.

My golf trolley's handle was locked and could not be released. Having contacted the manufacturer for advice, they referred me to Golf Pro Services, who I have used before.
Roger inspected my trolley when I dropped it off and tried to release the locking mechanism without success, but said that he would contact the Manufacturer's Technical Services Team.
In the end Roger had to fit a new handle which was not that straight forward, as the power lead to the battery was contained within the handle itself.
Despite having to wait for the delivery of the new handle, the trolley was ready within 7 days.

Fantastic and friendly service, highly recommended

Roger was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He fixed my trolley so it’s like new again! Can’t wait to get it out onto the course

Really great to have found a reliable and conscientious Motocaddy Trolley service agent close to home. My Battery lead failed and Roger turned the job around in 24 hrs. I would highly recommend this service….
