Great YONEX women's clubs
I purchased a new set of Yonex woods, irons and a putter. It arrived safely wrapped and undamaged by shipment. I've only gone out once on the course to play but the clubs are great. They're comfortable and I'm sure I'll get to enjoy these for many years to come. I usually score in the 95-105 range and now determined to lower that by 10 strokes in the coming months with more lessons and practice. Thanks, Golfio, for selling great clubs at great prices!

Great customer service
I ordered with 2day shipping, but since the manufacturer was right around the corner from where I live. They refunded my shipping charges. Even though I placed my order on the weekend, I got my new set of golf clubs in a few days. Very satisfied.

I originally ordered through Walmart and it took a week to process my request so I had to inquire what was taking so long. I then received an email saying that my order will be canceled due to processing error. The gentleman helping me going forward was great. His first attempt at getting me my golf clubs did not work. But then he contacted Tour Edge directly and got my order sent to me immediately. He was great at responding in a timely manner and following through with what he said he would do. For that I really appreciate your service.

My purchase of Titleist Irons...
I had placed an online order with Golfio for new Titleist 716 T-MB irons on 08/04, CST. It was nice to see I could customize everything on their Web site. Good quality and easy to use. After 3 weeks of not receiving an update , I sent an email to Golfio support. I didn't check until the next morning, and when I checked my personnel email, they had already replied to my response, told me how much longer and apologized for the time it had taken and then called my office and left a vmx with an update shipping time. I finally received the h product on 08/31/2017. I do believe they did everything they could to get a correct date and know that Titleist can be difficult to work with. I am very happy with the excellent customer service I received and their prices are just the best I've ever seen. I highly recommend buying your golf gear from these folks, as they DO KNOW what customer service is all about. They will work with you!

Sent products as promised
Golfio sent products as promised, although 2 weeks apart. Quite satisfied with product, but, cost of shipping tarnished the purchase and no direct phone line from Canada. Therefore, phone call charge to be included in purchase price and don't forget the exchange rate.
