Competitively priced and excellent customer service.
Before purchasing my electric trolley I did some research and Golf Crazy offered the most competitive price and deal. I received the order within 36 hours and the service I received could not be faulted. I would definitely purchase from Golf Crazy again.

GREAT SERVICE
First class service from start to finish. I would have given them five stars but, unfortunately, they sent me the wrong colour of the golf bag i requested. No big deal.

Thanks so much for the lovely comments, Graham! I’m so sorry to hear that you received the wrong bag. We aim to fulfil every order with precision but we must have made an error here. We would be more than happy to swap the bag for the colour you ordered as we have full stock of all colours. Please give us a call on 0113 287 1111 and we’ll be happy to help. ~Mark
Great experience
Great price and item was exactly as described. Very swift delivery even though the website said I'd have to wait a few weeks for delivery.

Amazing customer care as well great value!
Not only do Golf Crazy offer great value for their products but their after care service is incredible! I recently had an issue with a golf bag, no fault of Golf Crazy but the way the handled it and arrange a replacement was fantastic. Laura was in touch with regular updates to keep me informed about the process, offering me options as to what I could do and even picking a new bag colour. They then arranged collection of the original bag at no cost or fuss to me, I really don’t know what they could have done better but in a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Golf Crazy and Laura are proving it exists and are as honing example of how it should be done.
So great choices, great value and great service what’s not to like?

I’m so sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the service you received, Paul. We do offer a next day delivery but unfortunately you did not select this when placing your order. Your order was placed on our standard delivery service (1 -4 working days) and you received it 2 days after placing the order.
We pride ourselves on speedy delivery and exceptional service to all customers. Please know that we do everything we can to provide a quality service, and we always welcome feedback on how we can do better. I hope that you are pleased with your product and will consider using our services in the future! ~Mark
