I order from GolfBox on a regular basis for different golf tournaments and events that I have every year. They consistently deliver a great product that is unbeatable, the quality of the golf boxes and the logos that stay for as long as the golf ball lasts. I usually try to place my order with plenty of lead time, but even when I'm in a time crunch they are able to fit my order in and still provide the quality you would expect. Greg and his staff will give your custom order the best of service and quality. I have placed about a dozen orders an have been impressed with the attention to detail by Greg and quality of the product.

This business gave us a great deal for our order and everything went smooth, and we received exactly what we expected when we expected it. I would easily recommend this business to anyone who was interested in ordering custom golf materials.

However, the checkout process is what refrains me from giving this 5 stars. Normally, when ordering a custom made product, I would expect some sort of secure order form with a proof of the product (as if ordering a custom T-Shirt online from a company who specializes in making them). While Golf Box was able to present us with a proof, of which the golf balls we ordered resembled perfectly with high quality, there was no order form and we had to either e-mail our card information or make a call to tell the representative to have the representative enter our information for the order. The latter is common, however the former is not. I think the latter option is perfectly fine and should remain for those not comfortable with technology, but to adapt to the new-age online ordering style, some sort of entry-field whether on the website or in a PDF document would be ideal and more secure than an open e-mail of card holder information as well as the card information.

With that being said, I would most certainly do business with Golf Box again. Their customer service, product, and price are seemingly unbeatable.
