GolfBays Reversible PRO Golf Simulator Impact Screen.
The screen has had many 1000s of shots in my indoor teaching studio and only needed changing after 2 full years of almost daily commercial use, a fantastic product!

I’ve purchased multiple high-value items from them over the last 6 months, and they’ve always been a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I get in touch, the response is quick — I even messaged them on a weekend once and the CEO replied personally.

Most recently, I bought a ProTee VX during a promotional deal. I didn’t install it for five months while I was building out my simulator, and when I finally set it up I encountered a small issue. Despite the delay in me raising this to them, their support was absolutely first class and resolved the problem quickly.

Their superb aftercare truly sets them apart and shows why they’re such a great company.

Ordered the golf club storage rack for my husband's golf simulator. The first one that showed up was missing a few pieces, so I reached out to the company. They gave me a call back and sent a replacement and they were very kind about it. I am happy with the quality of the rack and the aesthetic. It is a nice addition to our sim space to keep clubs both tidy and easily accessible while playing.

Bought a black edition golf hitting mat a couple months ago
The product is superb and the delivery and constant communication of delivery schedule is spot on

I have now purchased the rubber base for the mat to stop it slipping and moving
Once again the service and super fast delivery is top class

I even called before my purchase to get some advice on the rubber base and its ability to fit with my mat. They were super helpful and always answer the phone ever so quickly

I have had a great experience with this company, knowledge professionalism and choice of products is spot on.

I ordered a full sim setup and the whole experience, along with their advice and guidance has been second to none.

Recently I decided to return and buy a new practice mat and this was dispatched the same day, but unfortunately the courier decided to let Golf Bays down really badly. The driver decided he couldn't be bothered to take a 2 mile diversion to deliver my order and put me down a no show!

I spoke to Rob at Golf Bays and he went above and beyond to rectify the issue byt hand delivering my order to another courier...can't ask for better than that!

So to conclude, if you want great service, great products at a competitive price, go nowhere else but Golf Bays

I bought the pack including projector, custom bay and Garmin. Everything as promised. I even got a call from ROb to assist on Saturday morning when I was confused about the size of the bay - the whole experience was excellent. Just check the online advice for the order of setting up - I was on my own and could have saved a lot of time and effort had I built

Had issues with my Garmin R50 sensors freezing sometimes but the guys at golf bays swapped the unit no problem at all. The Garmin is also brilliant, literally plug in and play and you get club data (if you’ve ever wondered what your club path was doing). Honestly can’t fault it, yardages for me are realistic too and Home Tee Hero is good fun - this is my first SIM experience though. Just played Lindrick as playing there tomorrow. 5 stars all round.
