I made the reservation of TPC championship Scottsdale,AZ. We really enjoyed the course. It was a beatiful & challenging course.

Good tee time, great course for the price.

Beware: A tee time booked via Golf18 Network is by no means a guaranteed reservation. In my case, I booked a tee time, 4 days in advance at Old Orange in Ft. Myers, FL. The next day they contacted me and advised that my time had been cancelled due to a member that wanted to add guests. No regard whatsoever for our reservation. Never mind that we're from out of town on vacation and arranged our schedule around this ahead of time. To add "insult to injury" I've yet to receive a refund of $30.60, and the stinking $3.90 booking fee Golf18 charged me to not get a tee time. Yeah, I'm unhappy.

Excellent service with great Tee times and rewards for play.

I love golf! But as a retired man on a fixed income I can’t afford to play as much as I would like to. Thanks to the discounted tee times that Golf18 Network offers I can get out and play more often.

Easy booking and user friendly. I will definitely use in the future.

Super research engine with plenty of opportunities on a vast number of golf courses

Had the course cancel a couple of times and they did not credit me correctly. Still am $29.00 short.

Process is easy to follow. Golf18 green fees are good value and provide golfers with an opportunity to experience a wide variety of golf venues. I recommend their service without reservation.

We have been utilizing this service for several years. We have received excellent service every time. On two occasions, due to personal circumstances we found it necessary to reschedule our tee times. Both times, as a result of a quick phone call,thier courteous staff took the necessary action and our needs were met. We highly recommend Golf18 Network to anyone wishing to book their next golf game.

I’m not a member or permit holder. I play 25-35 rounds per year and this by far is the best system in my opinion. I can plan and get tee times many days in advance. I wish other Amarillo city courses would follow suit and use Golf18,.

I can't believe that they're still in business with their policies and service. If I could give a zero, I would.
I booked a tee time last Sept and had to cancel due to a conflict. I called the course, they canceled my time (I did not call Golf18, was not aware that I had to go that route as I went through the course originally). I was then informed that I could not get a refund because they could not prove that I had canceled within 48 hours. I got the pro shop in a conf call with Golf18 and they said that the girl that took my cancellation was working the day I called, all within the 48 hour range. They refused to refund and I was forced to take a credit anyway.
When I went to use my credit, the site would only apply it to fees, that I could only use my $180.00 on special tee times, which don't appear to be available.
Who does business like this??? They force you to take a credit then don't allow you to apply it!! Stay far away, there are other credible sites available, this one is a scam.

I have told several people about this app and they are enjoying it I like the way it marks the game and the way the app has been working

AWFUL!!! First of all if you call the golf club directly, you'll find the fees are the same as advertised on this site. You actually pay more through Golf18 because of the service fee they charge. How do I know this? I scheduled a tee-time through Golf18, the weather was bad on that day so i called the 800 number, they verified that course was closed, and said I would get a FULL credit that I COULDA USE on my NEXT round. I asked if I had to go to the same course, and the man said no YOU HAVE A CREDIT OF $41.90 to use on a tee time at ANY COURSE on this site the NEXT time you book.....NOT TRUE.

About one week later I tried to book a time at another course and was told at checkout I had to pay the total cost at the course, there was no credit of $41.90 applied. The only credit I would get from the cancelled round, for this one was the $3.90 service fee. I called customer service and was told that at some courses you play in full on the Golf18 Site, and some you pay at the course. He didn't even ask my name or account number and told me it was my job to figure out the course at which I could use the full credit, not his?????. NOT what the first CSR told me, nor what you expect from a person who is employed in customer service I did not book the time and played another course not affiliated with this site.

This week, I tried to schedule a tee time through this site on THE SAME COURSE where the tee time was paid for and then cancelled due to weather. HOWEVER, I could only apply the amount of the service fee as credit, and would have to pay the remainder at the course, again NO credit of $41.80 applied. NOT to mention that the advertised green fees for same time were EXACTLY the same as those quoted by the Pro Shop at the club, WITHOUT the additional service charge. Also, when you book through the Pro Shop you usually don't need to leave a card or pay a deposit, which makes cancelling MUCH easier. Lastly, the folks in the Pro Shops usually know how to provide great customer service!

So now I have a credit I cant use and my only option is the BBB and bashing this company every chance I get!!!!

I paid ahead of time for a 4some and got rained out. Golf18Network gave me a credit - so far, so good. When I went to use the credit it would only pay for their Service Fee -not the tee time/cart of the next course. I was told that I would have to search thru the courses to find a Blue C next to a tee time so that I could apply the credit?? I couldn't find any Blue C's??What a lousy policy. They took my money to book the first tee time but I can't apply it to another tee time? Better off just booking direct with the course. The courses that I checked had the same prices anyway. Lousy customer service - avoid this service.

would like to have easier way to unsubscribe that works since I was flooded with emails even after I had no more use for them and had filled out the unsubscribe several times. I ended up sending a note to compant contact.

Quickly view Tee times for my area. Pick time and number of players, pay and good to go. Never a hassle.

Golf18 is easy to use. Their course list & times are a bit more limited than GolfNow or TeeOff but they are still easy to work with.
