From the first connection via WhatsApp, which was immediately attended to, i knew that GoldTrust was the preferred company i would be comfortable and safe to deal with. The whole process was clearly explained and i knew what to expect. On the day of the meeting i was met with absolute professionalism yet relaxed, the whole valuation procedure was explained and demonstrated in full view which reconfirmed they are the company i would recommend to my friends & colleagues without hesitation. Once agreed on value the payment was arranged and processed within minutes if not seconds. I left with money in my account and extremely satisfied with the transaction.
