Lost watch. Months with no payout.
Sent my rolex to this company, was quoted $7-8k
It was delivered according to records on November 4th. They didn't even notice it was delivered and started a FedEx case in December.
I was told that my tracking number got switched to a different package and it appears they "lost" my watch,
I've been waiting for months and neither goldtocash or FedEx have provided any outcome or payout.
I am extremely frustrated by this and I would wait until I had a conclusion to leave a review but nobody knows when a resolution will be reached.
Luckily the package was Insured but as stated I have not received a payout.
I hope this would never happen to anyone else, be extremely careful when dealing with companies such as this as a lot of money is at risk.
