Staff Sean Oliver was very patient with dealing me , and he explained clearly about the policy and very polite . His patience paid off cus it made me change my mind and end up cancelling my current life insurance policy for the same amount insurance but a bit affordable premium for me to pay . And will save me a bit more @ the moment.

Outstanding customer service
It is refreshing to speak to a true blue aussie local about buying or selling a product. Service was great, as there is understanding, respect and that down to earth feeling, compared to a robotic type/third party overseas company trying to sell me a product they know nothing about. Rachel was all the above. Nice pearson to deal with over the phone.
