Very helpful and explained all questions I asked of them

The consultant was polite and friendly. She explained everything to detail as I’m a pensioner who’s not well and I wanted to get my funeral plan done and there is a payment plan to have some money in the future to give to my nominees. This made me feel happy and content that I’m not putting the burden on my children. I’ve had a tough life on a pension and unwell. I never thought of this before until recently I wanna make sure everything‘s ready hopefully I’ll leave a long time but there is no answer your times up when you times up. I’ve had a great sixty years. And I hope for many more your consultant checked with her colleagues on several questions to make sure everything was genuine and correct thank you apologies I forgot the lovely lady’s name. I look forward to talking in the future if I need any changes kind regards, Lea-Anne Bates.

The customer representative, Runa, went through the whole process in a professional and concise manner, explaining everything in an easy to insert manner. The whole call was completed in 26 minutes with the resulting insurance policy paid and in place. Highly recommended!!!

Freddie was not only professional he was funny and a very knowledgable person. Great to do business with. It took him 3 phone calls to get things done with me due to my busy schedule.
