SCAMMER. Came in for a simple size adjustment for my watch bracelet, and the owner asked me to pay £40. Wtf? I left and went elsewhere. How can such scam businesses stay open I wonder…

I had some jewellery repairs done and Charlie explained throughout exactly what he was going to do as one piece (bracelet) was broken in many places. Met Kirk on paying and he is also very pleasant. I would 100% recommend and definitely use gold centre again. I wish everyone had the same customer service as gold centre.

initially bought a gold necklace for my sister from the Gold center in November 2024 and I was satisfied with my purchase. Charlie and his colleagues were very friendly and patient taking me through different options until I found the perfect piece.

Fast forward to 2025, as a satisfied customer I bought 3 gold rings (a diamond engagement ring, and wedding rings for my wedding) and i am once again satisfied with my purchases. I put my gold 2 hearts bracelet in to be untangled it was badly tangled . They sent it way to be done came back collected yesterday. They done a fantastic job of it first class service .
