It was great
It was great. All I had to do was decide on a destination, choose and activity and book flights. Everything else was sorted for me from transports, to booking a cocktail making class and sorting the hotel. Ellie was fab from start to finish answering any queries I had. The app was fab and so easy to use! The easiest way to book a hen hands down. I would reccomend to anyone!

Fantastic experience from start to finish
Fantastic experience from getting quotes to the day we left Glasgow after our weekend away.
Vicki was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. No question was an issue. Vicki kept me updated with any queries I had and kept me updated on the progress of the hen.
Would 100% recommend Go Hen and Vicki.

Great company
Steph was a great rep, she made booking and planning the weekend easy. Also quick to respond to messages and quick to deal with any issues.
Would definitely book again even if not for a special event and just a weekend away.

Much easier than booking separately but..
Much easier than booking separately just very bad value for money - we worked out we would have saved £120 per person booking separate. Also the rooms aren’t allocated until we arrive on the day so we don’t know how many beds per room etc until the day. Otherwise a good service

Whilst you get so much more for your money when you book with GoHen than going directly (full ABTOT financial protection, a secure individual payment system, a dedicated Destination & Event Specialist, one-of-a-kind itinerary and more), we’d need to review your package and speak to our suppliers to see if it could’ve been done cheaper. When comparing options, it’s not always a direct like-for-like (as packages can include different timings, group inclusions, or upgraded elements, etc.).

Overall the activities were great. The accommodation wasn’t the best. No iron board. Not enough towels. Put you up bed rock hard. Windows not good enough to shut noise from outside.

No Response
I completed details for a quote and revived an email from someone called Tom saying the property I was interested in was unavailable and would I like to look into alternatives. I replied to this about my preferences for alternatives. No response, yet I keep getting further , presumably automated, emails from 'Tom' promptng me to look into alternatives. I replied to the first couple, but am getting fed up as I am not getting any real response, just these automated ones. Strange company.

GoHen and Ellie take all hassle out of Hen Weekend planning
I used GoHen to arrange a hen weekend in Benidorm. My event planner and contact was Ellie and right from the start she was just amazing. All the activities that were booked were so fun and to be honest better than I thought they would be considering how great the price was! Ellie arranged all our locations and timings and everything ran like clockwork meaning no pressure on me to piece everything together. We also had quite a few allergies and dietary requirements in our group which Ellie took care of for us with each activity/venue and meant we had no issues and everyone could enjoy the weekend. I have already used GoHen on two other occasions but this was the first time for an abroad hen and I will definitely use them again.

Stephanie and Tom are Amazing- 10/10 would recommend
Stephanie (our event coordinator) and Tom have been amazing and whenever I have need to contact them about our hen do nothing was too much trouble for them! They responded back to me very quickly and were more than happy to help!
I would 10/10 recommend booking any hen do events or stag do events via GoHen as any and all interactions I have had with their team has been outstanding and I cannot fault the service they have provided to me!!
