I made a mistake in ordering. GogglesNMore was very quick with my refund hassle free. Will order with them again when I need something.

I liked that the lenses fit the goggles and provided the correction I needed for short sightesness. The problem I have is that in a ski accident they were quite unforgiving. Ended up with a black eye 6 stitches, brain heamorrhage and being unconscious because of the right eye lens force from a face plant (caused by a malfunction in binding at 50mph). Without the lens the worst case would have been a dislocated shoulder

Good selection of goggles; however, the website interface is fairly dated and I received no tracking information for my order, so there’s no way for me to know when it will arrive.

Fast, accurate service. GogglesNMore is located in the USA. No need to wait for my inserts to be made in China, etc. Also, they reached out by telephone out to make sure the inserts would fit in the ski googles I specified (by maker) in the online order form. My second pair of their inserts.

This is my second pair and this one I chose to do the bifocal lenses. I also had changed goggles so I needed a different size. Everything went great. The order came in as expected and look forward to using them. Highly recommend this company.

Although everything was completed online, it was a smooth and efficient process. It arrived within the predicted time stated on the website, though the tracking method did not show any progress, the parcel turned up safely. :) I'm glad that my son can now see clearly in the waters.

Do not recommend this company. They only refund half your money if the glasses do not fit properly. Will never use them again. also glasses ship from Hong Kong.

My experience with Elizabeth, the customer service agent, was outstanding. She was patient, thorough, helpful, repeated information I gave her to be sure she had it right, was understanding about things we were confused about. The company was prompt in sending a verification of receipt of our order.

Great product. The goggles we ordered fit and felt great under our kids hockey helmet.

I made an error with my prescription and emailed them to correct it please.
Within a couple hours they responded and received my request and ordered the correct prescription goggles.
This is my 2nd insert and I love them.

Easy to order, great selection, only issue is the platform does not accept HSA cards. I’ve tried on three occasions now and have concluded this to be the case. Also no place to bill to insurance, so you will have to ask for all the information to submit your own claim.
