The ordering process was nice and easy. However, I didn’t receive status updates with the order. I also wasn’t notified when they shipped or provided with a tracking #. Once the goggles came, they looked nice. However, no matter what we do, water keeps getting into them u less they are so tight on my daughters face that they leave huge red indents and hurt her.

The process to get prescription swim goggles was quick and easy. Fast shipping. Game charger for my son who was struggling during swim lessons. Thank you so much!

Great prescription!

I call them with a problem about the fit and I was told that I would be receiving a call back shortly and the was over a month ago. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.

We purchased prescription googles, and the strap broke after 2 uses. A month later, we are still going back and forth on a new strap. I expected better customer service with faster communication.

The googles are not as good as ones I ordered many years back. They fit really tight and occasionally leak or fog. I am also disappointed that they no longer come with a heavy duty plastic case. They do the job but are not my favorite.

I have a child an extremely high prescription. We have tried to do over the counter goggles but they simply were not anywhere near his actually prescription. We found the website and requested some help with finding the right pair and ordering. Amy helped with me over email and she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind and even checked with the lab multiple times on questions I had. I’d would highly recommend ordered from here. He don’t have our order yet, but the experience was great so far.

First time I have been able to enjoy snorkeling. Wish I would have purchased sooner. So worth it!

We ordered a full facemask with prescription insert. We submitted our order. We received an email almost immediately telling us we submitted a prescription for computer glasses instead of her daily use glasses. That was awesome. They could have just used the prescription we submitted .

I bought a goggle from them in 2014, and it served me well for 11 years, so much that I decided to buy another one from them, in spite of increased competition since then.

My seven year old daughter has a +5 prescription. I was so relieved when I found these goggles because she swims all the time in the summer. These goggles allow her to see perfectly. It is just like she is wearing her regular glasses. My only dissatisfaction was the latch between the goggles, the nose part broke after only a user of use. I ordered 2 pairs so that way I will have a back up

Just love these prescription Googles. It is my third pair in 8 years. I use them for triathlon swim training and racing. Never have issues with water getting in or fogging up. I have one tinted and one not (only got a third pair because I lost oldest at the gym)

5 star for everything- customer service was quick, delivery was timely, and the goggles are the perfect prescription! My daughter is very hard to please when it comes to the feel of things, but she loves these-thank you for helping my daughter see while she is doing the thing she loves most!!

My eye doctor made me get the frames only for goggle inserts but could not get the lenses done. So, I had empty frames (does not help me much). So, I went to customer service with my tale of woe -- they fixed me right up!!! I have only just gotten the order done and paid for and awaiting the inserts, but can't say how much appreciate the helpful and friendly approach to fixing my problem!!!
