I ordered a simple hand grip back in February (2026). Soon after it arrived one of the two handles started to twist. Since then I have contacted the company by their web site, by Email and by a phone number I found on Trustpilot (goes to answerphone) and have not had a single response. A few weeks back the handle came adrift completely. I think I have fixed it now using superglue but I have to give one star for appalling post-sale service and advise people to look elsewhere for similar products.
Update: I have since given TrustPilot my contact details for them to give to GOG and Emailed GoG with the full list of Emails I sent them. No reply from them two days later.

Trustworthy, fast, efficient
I have ordered talon loop grips and finger extensors bands. I am amazed by the quality and how fun they are to use. I will definitely order some more stuff from this place. Also they added 2 mini stickers of their logos and keychain-bottle opener.
On top of that, staff replies to e-mails kindly and quickly. Also, your order is tracked by shipping number which is an excellent way to see when and where is your package

Unreliable company
Ordered axle barbell & was given a delivery time of within 7 days from order.
Waited 6 days & as I had No communication or anything from gods of grip at all about order I had to email to find out where order was to be told it should be dispatched within few weeks.
I understand things might be out of stock but showed it was available at time order but my main issue & reason for this review was god of grip don't have the decency to email a customer to tell them that the order will take weeks to be dispatched instead of expecting it within date given by them.
Now got to wait 3-5 days for a refund

Very sorry about your experience. Our first batch of 60mm bars sold out a lot faster than expected which left us behind, Shopify automatically provides delivery estimates based on recent orders with this product. You should have been notified sooner about this but it looks like it must have been missed.

Sorry to hear of your experience, sometimes the larger items are made to order which can delay the order a little, we did advise you of this delay shortly after placing your order.
Regarding the damage, I can’t seem to see any contact from yourself regarding this, we’re always here to sort out any issues there may be with the item if you could advise them. These bars are made to an extremely high standard of which there haven’t been any reported issues.

Managed to slightly bend GOG 1 after a lot of effort.
I imagine I could get up to GOG 3 in the long term.
