The shirts I ordered for my wife are very nice and well made. I did make a mistake on my order and they were very kind and helpful getting it corrected. That’s customer service that’s worth my continued business. I highly recommend!

Do not order Baby’s First Christmas ornament. Online, it looks ceramic and 3-dimensional. Received a cheap, flat plastic ornament… nothing like the picture. A complete disappointment and waste of money.

I ordered 3 softball bag and 1 football ornament. What I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The website pictures look 3-dimensional. What you get is a flat acrylic ornament that is very shiny and poorly colored. STAY AWAY from them. You will be very disappointed considering their cost.

I have purchased multiple orders from GodMerch. Their shirts and sweatshirts are quality and super soft. On my latest order there was a hiccup in the printing process but it was handled quickly and professionally. I 100% recommend ordering from this company! Customer service is over the top!

I had a sweatshirt custom made, they made it prefect, customer service return emails, delivery was a little long than expected, but completely satisfied and will use them again.

I Haven't Received My Order And Can't Get Anyone To Answer My Phone Calls Or My E-Mails. Don't Know If This Is A" SCAM" Or Not. Guess I'll Stop Payment And Let The Bank Fight It.

Placed an order and it has been awaiting pickup from USPS in Jamaica, NY for 10 days. I’ve emailed twice and called for assistance, with no response. The phone number goes to a voicemail that says mailbox is full, which is very suspicious to me. I would give 0 stars.

They sent the wrong name. The product is barely what is considered to be thick enough to call a sweatshirt. Iron on names peeling off. Very cheap products for what you pay. Save your money and go to Walmart. You can but 3 of the same thing for the same price.

for some reason my apple pay didn't input my correct address. okay fine reached out to them and said the only way they would resend my package back for what i paid for is to leave a review if not I had to reorder what I already paid for with only 40% off. i already paid for it and they wouldn't reship.

I placed an order almost a month ago. Quickly received a confirmation promptly followed by a USPS tracking number. However the only tracking status has been label created for over three weeks now.

I have attempted to reach the company 4 different times to get an update and have heard nothing back! I’ll be contacting BBB and my credit card company to report as fraudulent charges.

The ornament I ordered was deceiving. Turned out to be a flat picture, not an actual 3D ornament which I thought I was getting. It came 2 weeks later than when it said the est delivery would be, and I paid to have it expedited. I missed giving it to family during Thanksgiving and have to pay again for shipping. I emailed the company and instead of getting solutions because it came late, I got a run around answer. I will not order again from this company.

Ordered and ornament and what came is not what was pictures. It’s crap and I would not spend your money on such an untrustworthy company. Horrid!

Update- I was issued a full refund on January 5, 2026.December 13, 2025 Update to my review, when I ordered my mailing address ended up being my email address so my package was not delivered due to an address issue when I contacted the company they said the USPS has the package and they would not get it back, but I could repurchase it with a 40% discount. I advised that I would not be purchasing it that I already paid for it and that they needed to send me my order. I got a response that stated if I gave them a five star rating they would re-ship my order to the corrected mailing address that I gave themso I gave the five star rating. I asked for a tracking number and they sent me the original tracking number still have not received my package two weeks later so I sent another email. I got a response stating that I needed to contact the US Postal Service, even though the tracking number and the representative at the US Postal Service stated that the package was sent back to the original sender.

Edited review: As part of the "deal" Godmerch made with me to return my money, I have to edit the review. I refuse to edit the star rating but I did get my money back in full. I should have NEVER had to post a bad review to get my money returned.

The product they used to advertise is not what they sell. Instead of acknowledging that it is different they want to argue about the description of the product. I wish I could upload pictures to show you the trash I was sent.
