On booking fees, we understand your point. Fees are applied per booking as each swim/session is secured individually, but we do offer a subscription from £1.99 per month, which removes booking fees entirely and can offer better value if you book regularly.

Two stars because it's easy to book but to be honest lakes are not as advertised at lakeside . Old photos and to few catch reports I've been told just same old fish on copse big carp . Lakes have been netted and large amounts removed by company

It’s easy to book but I think the £2.49…
It’s easy to book but I think the £2.49 booking fee per booking is excessive! There should be the functionality to group multiple bookings into a single booking fee… I’ve just booked three separate sessions and had to pay £7.50 for the privilege!

We understand your point around booking fees, especially when making multiple bookings. At the moment, bookings are processed individually, which is why the fee applies per session, but grouping bookings is something we’re aware of and will continue to review.
Just to mention, we do offer a subscription from as little as £1.99 per month, which removes booking fees entirely. If you’re booking regularly, this can work out as better value.

Parking charges !!!
The app worked really well and showed map and boys had a great time fishing however it said my parking was covered in cost of fishing session, I have now received a parking charge of £100 and have been promised it will be sorted but to no avail so far, if you want this app to work sort out the scammers running the parking , this happened at Argal at Mabe in Cornwall, be aware!!!!

We’re sorry to hear about the parking charge — that’s understandably frustrating. Parking arrangements are managed by the venue and their partners, but we’ll raise this with the fishery team to make sure it’s looked into.
In the meantime, we’d recommend contacting South West Lakes Trust (SWLT) directly, as they should be able to review this and help get it resolved for you.

Catch made my fishing better
Catch has made it so much easier for me to guarantee a fishing trip by allowing me to book swims in advance, countless times over the decades I have left at 4-5am only to get to my destination and see lines of cars and vans and after getting in there are no spots left, so I have had to try find somewhere else and always being left disappointed. Now I can book it so I am guaranteed my spot. Also it has allowed me to find amazing lakes closer to home that I didn’t know existed so I get to try new places
