Well I had a complain and to my suprise the escalation team managed to address my matter and I'm very much happy with their service and the way they were friendly and reasonable

the company took money from my bank account, got nothing in return, tried to write, but no reaction....damn

The treatment and hospitality

Goodday Yesterday you sent me details to fill in my banking app. You are denying taking money from me and now you want my banking details. Very dissapointed I paid for a box the monkey shows on my account that it was deducted. No thankyou pay my money back. Everybody is struggling especially in this difficult times and you take from other. Not good at all

The company requested for a review to provide a refund which has been done accordingly. Hoping to get my refund as soon as possible.

This is a scam! They took money from my account without mij autorisation.

March 24 - Very sneaky company! I initially thought that this was a scam but it turns out it’s a company that uses misleading methods to charge for an unwanted ‘membership’. Once enrolled they sent an email to inform that more automated payments would be taken until the ‘membership’ is cancelled!

Follow up: June 24. Since leaving a negative review, I have been consistently hounded by this company by email, text and phone call. The company has been offering a refund only on the condition that I change my review! The refund would only be a couple of pounds. I would prefer to let everyone know how appalling this company is rather than accept bribery from them. I have blocked their number but still they continue to contact me!!

Be warned that many of the positive reviews on here have been charged. Read carefully comments such as the problem has now been rectified - meaning others have accepted a refund on the condition they change their feedback.

I have no choice to put 1 star so I could write bad reviews.

But after that I got an email from gocampingzone.com and informed me that I just join a membership I don't even purchases yet.
There is another email that inform autotop up in 3 days after. I notice they taken my money twice a month.
What a scam!!

i dont know what kind of this website. this is my story, i saw the big sale for suitcase in ig with only 30.000,- something in IDR (Lion air promo), equal with 2 USD. Then i clicked and make payment IDR.30,xxx,- with cc.
but after that i got the email from gocampingzone.com and inform me that i just joined membership??(what membership? i even dont know your website) and no purchases yet.
there is another email that inform this membership autotop up in 3 days, i already click skip top up and cancel the membership but they still charged my cc 30USD without my authorization. i asked them to refund, but they said cant refund.
and my cancellation request can't just in time but must to wait until 14 days. and after 12 days they still sent me an email that inform auto top up.
oh my God..because of this i have to more careful to use cc as payment method, and i have to block my cc.

i browsed the website and didnt find anything i liked , only to find a couple of weeks later that money has been taken from my Bank account Without my Authority . How do they get my Banking Details ? £201.53 has been removed from my account by GoCampingzone , i have not made a purchase , dont even have login details for an account with this company .i have recieved an email suggesting i alter my review rating and once ive done so they will start the Refund process .....i have to say i cant fault the customer care team for REFUNDING my Money so quickly and easily , thankyou . ****.
