Dr kept dosage just high enough for higher fee level
Dosage was supposed to be decreased consistent with last 3 months of actual usage. The requested decrease would have put me in the lower fee bracket. Dosage was decreased but kept .2 above the lower fee bracket - so I paid an additional $100 and I don't need the additional medication.

The initial intro product was good but went down hill
The initial intro product was good, but the full does labeling looks sketchy versus the very professionally packaged initial order I received. The initial vial had a clear description of the tirzepatide and vitamin B6 on a glossy label with other clear manufacturer information, storage information, lot numbers compounded dates and expiration date in a clear vial. The one I just received is in a brown vial with a label that looks like it was printed in a garage with minimal compounding information. This is beyond suspicious. I do not feel comfortable injecting myself with this sketchy product.
Update: I did reach out to customer service, and the only solution offered was to throw it away, and they would send a new vial at full price.

Rest assured that we only work with licensed, LegitScript-certified 503A or 503B pharmacies, which must meet meet strict quality standards.
