The product was delayed one day due to UPS inability to get in the gate of our community. UPS does have a code as do all delivery services so I’ve no idea why this happened. The result was that the cooler packs were completely liquid and not even cool.

However, your medication should be perfectly fine to use even if the ice packs are melted. We add the cooler packs in as a courtesy just in case something like this happens. The medications coming from our pharmacies are stable even at 100+ degrees for several days. If you need any other assistance, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will get you taken care of!

I love GobyMeds!! The customer service is excellent!! The ordering and reordering process is super easy! My medication arrived quickly approximately packaged. The ice packs were still frozen and the medication was properly insulated. I have lost 20 pounds so far, so I will definitely be sticking with them for the rest of my weight loss journey!!:)

This company was amazing and the whole experience from prescription to receiving my meds occured in three days. I even received a credit when my prescription was changed from the initial dosage. Oliver from customer care was so great. The price was also so good for what I received. I am recommending Goby to everyone I know on this medicine.

Slow customer service
At first, they are so quicto respond any questions. After I purchased gp-1 injection medication, I had hard tito measure and put right dose of med in syringe so I needed help badly, but no response after 1 day. Very frustrating. I trusted customer service is good . But only before you buy
