I did not expect the price increase
I did not expect the price increase. $200 extra per order is a lot to increase without being upfront about it . I feel just a little bit duped by the switch that was done. At least be honest about your pricing from the beginning.

Most people who finish a starter bundle either stay at that dose or just titrate up to the lowest dose that is working for them. When moving up in dosage, the amount of medication needed increases. While we wish we could offer a flat rate for every single dose, but medication cost is definitely a factor here. For example, people who take a higher dosage of 13.5 to 15 mg weekly of a GLP-1/GIP are using upwards of three times the amount of medication in one month than somebody who is only taking 4-5 mg a week.
We try to keep our cost as low as possible and there are ways to negotiate with pharmacies to lower our pricing, which allows us to do these bundles. That is why we encourage staying on the lowest dose that is working for you as the patient. The unfortunate reality is when you increase your dosage, you are increasing the amount of medication needed.

I had a positive experience with Goby Meds. The process was quick and straightforward, from signing up to receiving my prescription. Easy & straightforward process!
The whole process was straightfoward. The medical review was an easy process adn everything was explained to me in detail. I really appreciate the messaging system instead of a phone call, as it is hard for me to break away from work for extended periods of time. Overall, I am down almost 20 lbs; it has been a great experience and I will be sticking with it!

We ship out our meds with a complementary icepack even though your meds do not need it during shipping. Our meds are still safe to use after multiple days at 104f. We also use over night air shipping and do not ship out on the weekends to minimize the time that your meds are in transit. It is expected for your ice pack to be melted but know your meds are safe to use.

I think the comments about contact confusion and response timeliness are valid, but after considering other purveyors, GobyMeds still stands up heads above the rest. Top notch service & great product
The entire process from beginning to then receiving my medication but so simple. I appreciated the streamlined process and thorough information that was provided about the different programs offered. Additionally, when I was approved for the medication, I received detailed information about the medication and instructions on how to administer it to myself. The delivery was super fast as well! I have had no side effects so far and I'm 5 days in. So far, I am very pleased with my experience.

My address is correct on your website but UPS did not have my apartment number and hence when I received my meds, the ice packs were already melted and the cooler was semi-cold.
