They were quick to refund the cost of my ticket when I had to cancel my trip from Boston to New York due to Coronavirus concerns.

Go Bus not found at Pick Up Address
I was unable to travel with go bus tickets purchased on the morning of August 7th, 2020 due to inability to locate bus at the address provided for pick up (Cambridge station, MA) prior to departure time. I tried calling customer service twice before 7:30am (departure time) but did not get connected to a representative to help give more directions to locate bus. No signs/directions were posted around pick up area to help find exact location of bus within the station. I walked around the station but could not locate bus. For this reason,I am requesting a refund of $77 (3 tickets) paid because I arrived at station 15-20 minutes ahead of departure time but missed trip due to lack of directions on bus location by Gobus

Bus was clean, left on time, arrived on time. great value

Drivers great in sevenoaks, however company atrocious for providing no services , completely removed any service between villages and sevenoaks villages up in arms over fiasco.

The ride was smooth! The bus drivers to and from NY was very respectful. They explained the reasons why riders must wear masks the entire time during our bus ride while on the bus. It was explained respectfully! You have phenomenal drivers! Great job during this horrible time (Pandemic)

Passengers were well spread out due to the virus. Comfortable seating and very clean toilet. Would travel this way again.

My experience on my journey from Fairfax/VA to NYC was not comfortable. The air conditioning on the bus suddenly stopped working 2xs. The bus driver pulled over to fix it, but it went out again. It was very hot and hard to breathe. Other than that, my commute was decent

The people at Go Buses are kind and considerate for granting me a one time courtesy of giving another ticket when my daughter missed her departure. I am thankful and appreciate the kindness of the company.

Been using gobus for a while now. Always a smooth ride.
Only thing id like to see is a station in nyc to sot when delays happen but otherwise best bus service I’ve experienced.

Negative experience the first time ride. First, we found bed bug on the seat and one more on the floor. Second, no water supply that we usually see with other bus services. Had to spend extra amount to wash all the clothes and bags to get the fear of bedbugs out.

The Bus was Clean, Quiet, and Driver very friendly.. And the price was excellent.

I had to cancel my upcoming trip to New York City due to the virus. I sent an email to Go-Bus together with my ticket data and asked for either a refund or a credit. The automatic answer was we are behind but . . However, within a day I was notified of the refund. I consider this very fine service.

The bus ride was comfortable,safe and a great arrival time. My only complaint is that the line was not organized, people walked up and got on the bus while myself and others were waiting on line long before they others arrived and skipped. I feel like a sign should be displayed saying where the line starts to stop all the confusion. Overall so would definitely use GoBus again

I had a trip planned and they were very accommodating in helping me hanged plans during this crazy time of COVID19

Customer sevice was so fast and put customers over profit. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Go Bus did a great job of getting me to NYC on time. I like that there are several Boston Locations that I can catch the bus. In the last 4 years I have only traveled with Go Bus and they have not disappointed me.
