GoBolt needs to STOP delivering packages outside business after they close. No other courier does this because they know that it isn’t a safe thing to do. This should be an obvious thing that I don’t have to say!

The communication about my delivery was top notch. Getting emails and texts every step of the way made it easy to keep track of everything and ensure I was around when I needed to be.

On time, respectful of my property. Thank you!

The tracking communication was excellent. Canada Post and UPS could learn from GoBolt.

Was told my package would be delivered April 25 and I did not receive it until May 2. From the tracking it looked like it sat in a warehouse from April 24 until it was delivered. Also the delivery person put it in the middle of the step when they could have hidden it behind a plant.

Came on time and delivered to my door. Happy with service and quality of delivery

Absolutely garbage service. Five days now they've claimed my package is out for delivery, circled the neighbourhoods around my apartment building, then hung out in one neighbourhood for hours and claimed they "attempted to deliver but I wasnt home" and pushed the delivery to the next day. Cannot get in touch with any customer service whatsoever. Cannot believe how bad this service is.

This time was more painless than your first failed delivery. I was really uptight today, wondering if they could find our building and then get into our condo building, but the driver called me first on my cell and then called on the intercom, so that was wonderful.

Delivered on time and in original condition. Highly recommend!

first delivery was not made apparently because of snow on the driveway so I got it 2 days later - if it had been urgent that would have been a problem.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. After two delivery attempts during the same week, they sent my order back to the merchant and I have to place my order all over again. If you have the option to use another delivery service, DO IT. Avoid GoBolt at all costs.

Tracking my delivery was easy and I received prompt notification.

Twice they did not notify me that my pkg arrived, left the small packet in plain view when it could fit in mailbox, left gate wide open. Nice to encorage theft of parcels. Poor service is a standard.
