They were super fast, easily tracked to see where the driver was via texts and map. They even brought the package up to me on the third floor!

This people are a bunch of fraud I order stuff an it never came talking about delivery had another package said the same thing sn took my stuff I try reaching out to them an cannot get threw cause is a fake line or call the carriers an they dint pick up the phone I file a report

Gobolt delivery person took my child‘s stuff from our front yard, that’s called Stolen. Nowhere to contact with them, fake customer service number. We are considering file a police report as we have surveillance camera, just don’t know if it is worthy to waste that time.

The system said that my package was delivered but it was not. There is video proof of the nondelivery and when you contact customer service, the only option is an automated chat and no one follows up after you’ve been told you will receive an email regarding your package. No proof of delivery on things I really needed.

Update: I finally got in touch with someone the company. They were willing to reach out to the business I purchased from on my behalf, but I found a solution prior to the conversation.

My pkg was delivered and left at the entrance door. No one rang my bell. My neighbor delivered my package to me. If you can’t ring the bell for entry and deliver to the apartment door. Change jobs. Anyone entering building can pickup package.

Did not deliver my package for the second time but still put it in the computer as delivered this is the worse shipping company ever they have no contact information no telephone number just an ai bot it is definitely giving scam

Excellent delivery

I received a notice that my package was delivered today @2:03pm. I opened my door @2:37pm & saw no package. I went to 5 neighbors & they didn't have my package. This is the 2nd time within a month GOBOLT has not delivered package to my door. I left additional info to deliver to #508 door. Last time they put it at #528 door & my daughter went around the corner to retrieve it. I get lot of packages but this is unacceptable.

***update*** my package was just delivered to me by carrier for GOBOLT @ 4:25pm today 10/22/24

Be very careful using this company’s services for furniture assembly and delivery, as it can make a simple task become so much harder, time wasting and painful.

The staff assembled my bed frame wrong but insisted they were right until i sent the images to prove them wrong. then the team sent another group of people to correct it but didn’t bring the right tool so they have to come again.

During assembly the staff almost broke the drawer in my bed by stepping on it carelessly until i called it out to prevent further damage.

They came in the timeframe they said they would and they left my package in front of my door!

I was able to track my delivery on your website. The delivery man ring the bell and brought my package to apartment door.

It happened to me for the third time in one week - my package was not delivered and was marked 'delivered'. All my neighbors are good. Never lost anything until GoBolt delivery. There's no way to get help. CS phone just plays you a recording and hang up on you. Online chat not getting you back. To the other angry user - did your bank cancel the repayment?

Unsuccessful delivery address issue what is the matter with this delivery company. These people they get to makes deliveries is a total waste of people time and patience. HORRIBLE

Stayed home all day waiting for this package to be delivered, driver was one block away from my home then marked it " unable to deliver." customer service is nonexistent , the customer service number doent work . There's no info on my package or where it is. Just a total waste of my time. that so so lazy and negligent. He was literally one block away. Dishonest and lazy.

This company hires lazy drivers that DO NOT deliver packages to your door. Instead they drop it in the lobby and leave!! What kind of nonsense is that. I advised Temu to never utilize thier services again or I will simply take my business elsewhere.
