So far in less than two weeks they have robbed me of weekly bonus money, monthly bonus points, and directly stole $107 from a redemption. Do not deposit $1 into this scam platform.

"A game function was used" translation, I played. After my money was stolen I emailed a screenshot showing playthrough requirements were met. This is a perfect example of the lies and scammery people can expect from this site.

Went to redeem for the first time and it was rejected and sc was removed from account because support stated I violated TOS with my gameplay. They did not state what violations I made. I will be charging back all purchases as they have taking my money without reason.

I saw this site was a sister site to Taosweeps and Luckyrush, both of these sites have been good to me and I enjoy using their platform. Coming onto Goatbet I saw it was the same formula so I was happy to give it a whirl. Bought their welcome offers and proceeded to play on one of their Blackjack games, Blackjack being my favorite game. I played a couple rounds, raising and lowering my stakes, and eventually came out with a +20 dollar advantage, and was feeling the burn, so I decided to stop playing and sent in a redeem request.

Within a day they had rejected my request for the redeem and taken 50 dollars of my winnings, reducing the total amount from 120 to 70. They said that I was bonus abusing their site and thus all my bonus SC was forfeit. I received 50 Bonus SC in my purchases so this made some sense, even if I disliked it quite a bit.

They informed me I was free to keep using their site and that I could submit another redemption if I get above 100 again. Ok! I played my money that was at this point 1 to 1 to what I put on their site, and my previous winnings. I once again returned to their blackjack game that is officially on their site to play and win or lose on. I once again came out ahead and tried to redeem 119 dollars. They once again denied my redemption within 4 hours and stole another 50 dollars again out of my balance, putting me at 69 dollars total. They keep informing me I've broken their Terms and Conditions, but will refuse to specify what I have done wrong. This is my own money I'm playing on their site, no bonus SC, and they are trying to deny me the ability to redeem any winnings off a game that they are hosting on their site.

So for any readers, understand that this site is currently an actual scam and will steal your money away if they decide to, and they will say there is nothing they can do and the system's decision is irreversible.

I got to say they met my expectation. I bought the $19 gold coins package that comes with $50 free sweep coins. and I was able to get a cash out the first redemption I put in failed something to do with my card so they told me to try a different card so I did in about 2 1/2 hours later the money hit my bank account. The customer support is very awesome and very helpful. Answered my questions and told me what I needed to do or what I should do and let them know if it works and it did it went through so I recommend for friends to at least come give them a try and let them decide on their preference if they like it or not.

Just like every other review says, they are scammers, if you buy in and win and then try to redeem, they will decline and put you under the redemption limit. They will make up an excuse saying that there AI detected TOS breach and not elaborate. They did this exact same thing to me on TaoSweeps. DO NOT USE THEM!

GoatBet and their sister sites of LuckRush, TaoSweeps, and Fortuna Rush are all run by the same company. They offer huge deals of up to 40% off because they will simply void your winnings because "AI has determined you did not play though correctly." I have had my money taken several times on their sister site and gave them one more chance. With the knowledge that they would try to cheat me, I made sure to play multiple games, and play through my funds more than once. They still rejected my redeem of $138 and left me with $74. I paid over $100 for my packages, so they left me with 30% less than I even paid. Do not play here or on any of their sister sites. You may get lucky once, but they will eventually take your funds. They can actually reject your redeem more than once and take funds multiple times.

Do not let them fool you. There is clearly a redeemable balance field that forces you to play through 100% of your funds. If THEIR system incorrectly identifies that you are eligible to redeem funds while not meeting their requirements, then they need to update their software to show 2x-5x playthrough requirements like every other site that has them. I had several friends also affected by this and not just me. If they were honest, they could also return your funds and make you play them more, but they deduct the funds to put you under the redeem limit, so you have to buy again.

If they do this to you, let them know you will begin a claim for arbitration and they may return your funds as they know they are committing fraud and do not want to bring attention to their scamming of customers.

I had a disappointing experience with GoatBet. I submitted a redemption request for approximately 122 SC, only to have 46.50 SC voided after the fact. When I contacted support, I was told that an automated system determined I had violated bonus terms because I “hadn’t played the bonus,” and that there was nothing they could do.

What concerns me is the lack of transparency. I was not provided with a detailed explanation of how the determination was made, what specific requirement was allegedly not met, or any meaningful review process. The decision appeared to be final simply because the system flagged it.

While I did receive part of my redemption, having funds removed from my balance after submitting a withdrawal request left me frustrated and questioning the fairness of the process. I would encourage other players to carefully review all bonus and redemption requirements before depositing.

Bought the welcome pack and an additional pack. Played through it all, made a redemption. Redemption was rejected, no reason given, and they returned my balance to my account. EXCEPT, they chose to take about 40 from my balance, which put me under redemption limit. No reason was given for this either. None of this was communicated to me proactively, I needed to find out what happened on my own. Beware here, they will take your money and not give you a reason for it if they don’t like how you won.

When I first signed up I saw a link the post said it said instant redemptions.... Turns out they are not instant, but the site was still cool. Lots of games and I won super quick. I went to redeem and checked an hour later, still pending. I messaged support and it said 24 hours for push to card. Cool no biggie, I'll wait my 24 hours. Redeemed at 330 am, checked again at 830am the following day still no redemption. I messaged support where I was told now it could take up to 3 business days. Well damn..... Push to card is instant as far as I know, but it's their processing times that take that long. Smh I'll change my rating after receiving my redemption, hopefully it comes soon.
