Ordered a game. It was never delivered and upon a polite request for package tracking information this company replied nothing for a week and issued a refund without any comment or explanation. I suggest you shop somewhere else if you don't want to waste a month of your time and actually get what you are looking for.

SCAMMED INTO BUYING A CONTROLLER WHEN A CONSOLE SHOWN
I was shielding, an unable to be out and about back and forth wasting my money and time to send you back an item that should have been correctly sent. THESE PEOPLE SENT ME A CONTROLLERFOR A PS4 AS OPPOSED TO A WHOLE CONSOLE THAT WAS ADVERTISED ON ONBUY AND THERE WAS A MIX UP!!! YEAH TYPING CONSOLE AND CONTROLLER ARE TWO DIFFERENT WORDS
Barcode or not...it doesn't sit right with me and how incompetent is such a company both of you that you can't correctly identify and sell what it is you are selling. I smell BS, and I am not in a position to go and rectify a simple transaction that could have been avoided.
But I suppose there are others who will fall for the trick and just accept being misled and keep what they're incorrectly sent.
So what was I supposed to do fall for the trick of sending it back only to now say we haven't received it?...oh no you have to raise a claim with the courier...then oh surprise surprise its stuck in transit you Don't have it I don't have how on earth can I get a refund??
Pandemic or not people have really gone to new lows to scam people out of their money.
