I cannot fix my issue for the past months, support is answering in 1, 2 weeks and the live chat is never working. Really excited about their services but Customer Support does not exist.

Good technology, worst support ever,

I am one of their first users, been always happy with the product, but the support is just terrible, not helping and not responding, I hope it improves so i can change back this review into 5 stars as it was before.

SCAMMERS! Stay away if you don't want to waste your money. Customer service is completely absent and unprepared when they respond. Avoid them like the plague!

Realicé una transferencia de USDC desde Gnosis Pay a un exchange, pero al momento de procesarla, los fondos se convirtieron automáticamente a Monerium EURe, quedando atrapados en su contrato. Según me indicaron, solo ellos podrían liberarlos usando las claves v, s, r.

Intenté contactar tanto con Gnosis Pay como con Zeal para resolver la situación. El soporte de Zeal, específicamente con Alex, fue muy deficiente: no ofreció ayuda y actuó de manera condescendiente, haciendo comentarios que me hicieron sentir ignorante sobre cómo funcionan las transacciones en criptomonedas.

Gnosis Pay tampoco dio respuesta ni solución durante más de 10 días, dejando la transacción sin resolver. En general, la experiencia con ambos servicios ha sido frustrante y decepcionante debido a la falta de comunicación y apoyo.

Il sistema è buono, ma il servizio assistenza non è stato in grado di aiutarmi nel momento del bisogno effettivo. Mia moglie ha fatto un acquisto su un sito palesemente scam, ho fatto immediatamente la segnalazione e bloccato la carta, dopo 3 mesi e tutte le prove del caso ad oggi non so nulla.

Warning about Gnosis Pay – Personal Experience

I tested the service and encountered significant issues:

Activation: To use the services, you must order a digital Visa card for €30, which can only be waived by using Monerium or official partners.

Wallet: During activation, a safe wallet is assigned. If it does not match your existing account, the card is blocked. No warning is provided about this risk during the process.

Support: After a month of reports via chat and email, the issue remained unresolved. I received broken links and incorrect wallet updates.

Conclusion: Complex procedures, slow support, questionable professionalism, and limited portability.

⚠️ Exercise caution if you operate in the crypto space.

While Sumsub is world's leading KYC provider, there is something wrong with Gnosispay. I uploaded my ID, then a shitload of banking statements and utility bills and after few weeks it says "We couldn’t verify your profile because your region isn’t supported."

Hier deutet Vieles darauf hin, dass es sich um Betrug handelt. Das Unternehmen verlangt Ausweiskopien und eine Vorauszahlung von 30 Euro für die Karte, ist danach aber nicht mehr erreichbar.

Der Support, den es angeblich gibt, reagiert auf Anfragen nicht! Beschwerden werden nicht bearbeitet!

Bereits vor Monaten habe ich mich bei gnosispay.com registriert und verifiziert. Logge ich mich in meinem Account ein so wird mir im Browser angezeigt "We are processing your data". Den Support habe ich versucht auf verschiedenen Kanäle zu erreichen, aber es wird schlicht nicht geantwortet. Fühlt sich ja Scam an da ich meine Ausweisdaten zum verifizieren zur Verfügung stellen musste und nichts passiert.

Ho una contestazione aperta da mesi per una frode ricevuta, zero assistenza e non rispondono, inoltre cambiano spesso le regole del Cashback, spesso non lo danno senza motivo valido.
Statene alla larga.

Gnosis Pay Review
The Gnosis Pay card is still relatively new, with plenty of room for improvement, but in the short time it’s been available, I’ve had a mostly positive experience. I’m in my second week of using it, and so far, the card has been reliable without any failures.

One of the standout features is its integration with the ZEAL Wallet, which makes transactions smooth and convenient. Any issues I’ve encountered were resolved through Discord and their support chat. While the response time was a bit long, it’s worth noting that I’ve waited much longer with more established payment platforms like Plutus, NAGA, and Binance—sometimes up to two months just for a simple answer.

In the long run, I see a lot of potential in this project. I genuinely hope they continue to grow and learn from the mistakes of their competitors. A lot of payment platforms become complacent, assuming they’re the only option, and I hope Gnosis Pay avoids that trap by continuously improving and keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Support at GnosisPay does not exist. KYC is done by some shady crapy Fractal company, which doesn't provide details about who is managing personal data, a requirement in EU. I can't pass KYC even if I have sent docs by email and tried also to that joke named Fractal. This doesn't look like a serious business but a kind of joke done by unprofessionals! 😕

I do not recommend Gnosis. Support does not exist. KYC done by some shady Fractal company, which does not even provide details about entity managing personal data, which is requirement in EU.
There are much better providers with way better processes and customer support.

Been waiting a month to get my card refund as part of their marketing campaign to refund those who joined through a certain website they partnered up with and use their token to back their app.

I couldn't join through the provided link because that provided a 404 not found response but they fixed this after. However I already joined. So I missed the payout that others got because the customer rep forgot to put me on the list manually. They told me it should be fixed this week.

how can it be that it takes so long for such a simple thing.

The tech is great but the support is not up to standards. Whoever is in charge of payouts is not doing a good job. The support agent should have gotten the result if they promise something.

Update: I got credited. Will give 5 stars over time that I use the app and don't get any issues or rather don't have issues that take a long time to resolve.
