Very efficient good service no waiting about friendly and helpful

Received great service from the start. Matt was always there to answer questions, service was always helpful and prompt, by both email and WhatsApp. I was under the care of Dr Sahoo who listened and answered my all my concerns. I great service by all staff.

The entire process was seamless and efficient, from requesting information to booking the appointment. I was given several options for days and times, which made scheduling easy. The doctor was knowledgeable, warm, and caring, and a skilled injector. He explained my health issue clearly and concisely, and offered thoughtful suggestions for long-term healing options. I felt heard, understood, and well supported throughout. I can’t recommend them enough.

Quickly seen face to face and follow up of results on the phone.
Best thing I thought was that I had a proper examination and discussion regarding tests needed and only advised relevant ones, not a long list.

Fantastic experience with my first video doctor's appointment at Great North Healthcare. So easy to use – no technical headaches. The doctor was lovely, very knowledgeable, and put me completely at ease. Got my prescription sorted without having to take time off work or find parking in Newcastle city centre. Will definitely use this service again!
