Overall, very good. Bought Caravelle Monterrey in 2018. Very pleased with conversion and GM after sales excellent in terms of servicing and fault correction.

Great service from the start of contact with which vehicle was best, very helpful and updated contact until vehicle was ready. Yearly Service checks brilliant. I know they are their to help while I have the lease of the vehicle, will definitely think of using them again when I chose the next vehicle. Plus when asked who to use for WAV vehicle I always say GM coachworks!

because when the van was delivered we complained about the paint work being rough and you sent a man out to look at it and said he would send in report and some one would be in touch then some one phoned us about 4 months ago and said he would look into it and still no one as got back to us if no one contact's us we will be reporting it to mobility

The GM technician carried out a number of checks in what seemed to me to be an orderly and efficient manner.

Really good experience with GM. From start to delivery I was kept informed of everything. Charlie was brill.

The conversion is really great and easy to use, plus with the privacy glass it makes the passenger in the back more at rest and relaxed, the only thing is that the rear floor belt restraints are not long enough when you put the person in the wheelchair forward

After receiving the wrong spec wav a new one was ordered in record time and with a few added extras!
Service was friendly, informative and we were kept up to date regularly.

Outstanding all round service all the staff are so helpful, we had a few calls&emails making sure we are happy with the van and making sure if we need help with anything we have correct contact details, it's so nice to have a reliable well built van,with great team on hand if we need help ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have found GM very helpful and also very efficient and supportive.
They have already rescued me on one occasion after RAC got me back home due to a faulty auto ramp mechanism. They sorted me out in less than 48 hours after I had my problem at a weekend.
I have always been impressed by the courtesy shown by all staff - receptionists, office staff, mechanics, mobile unit and sales.

Just was not the van i thought i was been sold and many problems with product
