It's really refreshing to have a genuinely skilled facilitator that is also genuinely knowledgeable about their subject. At the start of the session, I felt totally at ease and comfortable enough to really engage with the session (including working through examples and getting things wrong). All of these abstract concepts and common misconceptions were then illustrated through examples, real world experiences, and called back to throughout the day building up my understanding. When you have a true subject matter expert and a talented facilitator, you not only share in the knowledge, but also the enthusiasm for the topic.

The NEC overview course was well structured and covered a wide breath of the Contract and focused on the key areas we were interested in. Whilst it was a long day the trainer Neil kept us engaged and moved the content on at a good pace.

Learnt a whole heap of knowledge! Neil was really engaging and it was a great session. Really recommend anyone looking to learn about NEC 4 contracts
