It’s a real company they do send your item. I got my hand sanitizer and honestly forgot I ordered it . Item was damaged and was sent in a poly mailer. Hand sanitizer was everywhere. I probably won’t order from this company again and will not file a complaint it will probably go in heard. Not worth my time or effort in these troubled times.

For any of you A**holes who have problems with shipping time-

We are literally in the middle of a PANDEMIC. It is GLOBAL. Use your damn brain for a second to realize that it’s not uncommon for businesses to be delayed due to COVID-19.

Hand Sanitizer is one of several products in extremely high demand. Business hours for many places are cut back.

There are dumbasses everywhere hoarding more than they actually need if they even need it.

High demand+ shorter shifts+ less materials = LONGER WAITING TIME. If you cannot wait then I suggest you find stores that you can go to in person while checking their stocked item availability online, and go into a store to ask when essential shipments will next arrive. Do not call.

And if you complain about the wait and still get your product, SHUT UP and be grateful.

And to any completely selfish, unintelligent and degenerate slime balls who report them to the FTC or other place- grow the hell up. If you are not a worker there or work at any place trying to refill essentials, shut up and grow up.

Good lord people. I’m so ashamed in humanity. I already was but y’all are at a new low. Kicking people when they’re down and still trying to help others.

Made a purchase of the 75% Alcohol Hand Sanitizer Gel - Dr.J's Formula 10oz × 5 on April 10th. On April 22nd I sent them (Glowyy) an email asking for the status on my order and they replied the same day letting me know my order had not been processed due to high demand, should get an email once they have my order and tracking number. On April 26th I got a tracking number but my order was still in their facility. I checked the next day and my order was on its way, happy to say I just recieved my order!

It took longer than expected, but in the end they went above and beyond to fulfill my order and take care of me.

I ordered hand sanitizer from them and after not receiving it or hearing anything for approximately 10 days I emailed them. They immediately got back to me, told me there was a problem with getting the bottle size they needed and they could ship it to me in different bottle size if that was all right with me and I would get it faster. I said that was fine and within a week I had it. I had another issue and their customer service was Awesome! The hand sanitizer is great. I would definitely place another order for this product and with them.

I ordered hand sanitizers from Glowyy.com. Even though the delivery was delayed for over two weeks, I received the products as described. Due to the pandemic, almost all the businesses seem to be affected. I recently purchased clothes from Old Navy and their shipping was delayed for over a week as well. The only thing Glowyy.com could have done better was to not tell customers “in stock” when the products were actually not in stock. Even with a few weeks of wait, I think people would still buy considering hand sanitizers are not easily available during this time. That being said, I am a happy customer, thank you Gloomy.com.

This is the best hand sanitizer on the market. The team is so thoughtful and am truly impressed by the customer experience they offer.

I placed an order over a month ago. I was told it was shipping out weeks ago. For the past 2.5 weeks, I have emailed them over 12 times and left messages with the company. No one has called me back and after many lies, they are no longer emailing me back. I would buy anything with this company. They are liars and thieves.

Terrible Service and Scam. Stay away from them as much as possible; otherwise, they will lie to you until you lose your money

Site is legit, product is real. I, like many others, waited and waited after placing an order. I questioned whether or not it was a scam, but I decided to ride it out and see what happens. Shipping estimates hot pushed back a few times, as noted on the site and by customer service when I contacted them. Shipping delays on sanitizers and other essential items is a given right now. It should be expected. After 2, maybe 3 weeks, my bottles arrived today. I'm happy with the product. It is what it says it is. Look up Dr Js sanitizer on YouTube. There's a video by the lady who runs the company that makes it. Don't ruin a brands name by calling it a scam when clearly it's just experiencing some issues like many other companies working during a pandemic.

Order Dr J's hand sanitizer. The shipping label was created 03/27/2020. Contacted them on the 8th. They said shipping would start again on 14th-17th. It is now 04/27/2020 and it still has not shipped.

Ordered on March 13 with 2 day delivery. 5 day later was told now 10 day processing. Then was told not in stock when it was in stock when I ordered. After multiple promises of product shipping soon from them on April 12 i cancelled order and ask for refund, no response. April 17 put charge in dispute, no response. April 25 package arrives with different product than i order.

I just received my hand sanitizer today, almost 4 weeks after charge to my card. I will admit, I was getting a bit worried, but they always responded immediately to my emails.The product was as described, and great quality. I think they may just be behind on shipping . I imagine they are being bombarded right now, and I’m glad to have it!

Products on website ordered over a month ago. Claimed to be sending in a few days ago..twice.Asked for refund. Still waiting.

I ordered hand sanitizer on March 18 and they gave me three different Tracking number so far and said product is on its way. Its a Scam. They get your money and then disappear. All they will do is give excuses and when i asked the refund they refused. Now I am contacting my Credit Card Company to get the money back. Please be careful. Do not order anything from this scam.

To everyone I think Glowyy is now a company i think there only here to rip people off. I have ordered my hand sanitizer on March 14th they took my money on March 16.they keep telling me that my orders have been in pre shipping since March 31st they keep telling me my order will be be shipped next week I emailing them again they keep telling me it will be shipped next week and nothing happens .i think we all should report them to attorney general office .i have contacted my credit card company to dispute they charges .we need to stop this so called company from ripping other people off .thank you all for your help in spreading the word about this company and there actions.

As another person wrote....I would rate a 0 if I could. Poor customer service, doesn't answer emails, one order arrived with almost empty bottles due to leakage during shipment. No response. My other order hasn't shipped since MArch 31! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have disputed the charges on my credit card. My card company told me they have a lot of complaints about this company.

I would give it zero if I could. I ordered product and it was over $100 and never received it. They kept saying they were working on it. Terrible customer service

Don’t know what your company is all about never ordered anything and I’m not happy you got my information!! Very angry off find a way to cancel this order because I will be canceling my card tomorrow!!!! 😡😡

UPDATE: After jumping to a conclusion last week due to the company's non-response, I wrote a negative review here, assuming that Glowyy was a scam. I was about to call my credit card company when they finally responded to my emails, and said.

"Hello, your order is scheduled to be shipped on April 24th- 26th"

That was on the 21st and I decided to wait until the 26th to see if they really shipped it or not. Low and behold, it shipped on April 23rd, and just arrived at my doorstep today April 27th.

So in the end, it took 18 days from "Shipping label created" to the product being accepted by a USPS facility.

I take back my initial negative review. If they would have just responded to my emails about why the delay, I might have been more patient!

Product arrived as described, but I can't comment on the quality yet. Hope its not bogus product! All the negative reviews have me paranoid.
