There hand sanitizer is good🤟or i just say very good it soothes ro my hand skin unlike the other brand i used before.. thumbs up to this company. I will make order again because it rates to satisfaction😉🥰🤟👉💪

Best sanitizer! Best quality! HOWEVER, er' we go --- Had almost the same experience with several of the customers here. Loooooooooooooong waiting period before the items were delivered to my sister's address. After several attempts to communicate - the magic came in when the company's customer service finally got hold of my emails. From then on - there was no letting go until my sis finally received the items... and then hola - 2 bottles were broken and leaked which happened i guess during transportation. I thought 'things never came easy with this company.' Luckily the company made an immediate response after I reported the broken items. Made a replacement which eventually came to my sis after 4 days. High respects to the people working in this Co. Appreciate everything they did. They deserve these 5 stars bigtime!

Hi! The hand sanitizer was great! Not drying like other products I used. One week and the product was sent out. Long time but it was worth it. Did not really reach out to customer service so cant say anything about this.

Don't do business with this company. Theyre trying to rip off my 79 yr old mom out of $60. They only shipped the product after she filed a complaint with PayPal and repeated emails requesting them to cancel her order. Now they're billing her even though she canceled the order multiple times and they shipped fragranced sanitizer which she cannot use due to the strong scent which gave her a headache. No U.S. address comes up for this company under the dba either.

Ordered April 3rd, supposedly the hand sanitizer was in stock (lie #1)
Prepared for shipment and shipped April 5th, it wasn't (lie #2)
Contacted them April 15th, inquiring about the whereabouts of my order
Responded April 16th, it was being prepared for shipment (again?)
Cancelled my order that day, which they acknowledged, but ignored
Notified me April 17th the order had shipped, I responded I had cancelled. I also stopped payment with my credit card company
Order showed up April 24th
They've been bothering me ever since for payment or return of the product I cancelled. I figure getting it back is their problem, not mine.

Same story as everyone else. They did not have hand sanitizer in stock when they advertised as having it in stock. Asked for a refund weeks later as I was moving, they refused to communicate effectively and refuse a refund.

My order was received only 2 days after placing my order. Couldn't be happier with this vendor.

I am a legit customer and not a "family or friend" of an employee who works at glowyy....and just like many of you, i did experience heavy delay with my shipping of two sanitizer bottles that I ordered...after a month or so of waiting, the two bottles did finally arrive at my place of residency...the package appeared secured and undamaged during delivery...the product(s) has been been in constant use since I've received them...a well made product that does it's job to protect myself and others from the spread of harmful germs/bacteria...thank you glowwy for putting my trust in you...I will personally recommend this company and its website to my friends, family, and co-workers...may the rest of 2020 be a better experience for all.

I ordered twice from this website and writing this review to compliment the excellent customer service I received from Glowyy.
Few weeks after placing my first order I was getting a bit skeptical about the company and the negative reviews I was reading here. When I contacted their customer service they told me they have been having delays because of the shutdowns and limited staff, which is totally understandable. My first order came in 3 weeks after my order as opposed to 1 week which was mentioned on their site when I ordered. But that wait was forgotten with the excellent product I received. And in my honest opinion their product was the most reasonably priced one in the entire market that I had searched through!

My second order was just a week ago and I received it just 2 days after placing it on their site. I love their product and love their customer service.

All the negative reviewers here, give them a break you guys!! They are a legitimate company working hard in the midst of this pandemic!

This site is a scam after i cancel my order and ask for a refund. they decided to send it any way ( most be desperate for money ) they send a tracking number possibly fake i never received anything they toldme to filed a police report and to follow up with usps do I not trust this site

Shady company. Yes, we are in the middle of a pandemic HOWEVER- when you purchase ad space luring customers with promises of in-stock sanitizers “ready to ship,” you better actually have it. Otherwise you are misleading the public and grossly profiting from consumer panic.

These scammers took my money on March 12. I emailed them on March 31 because my item hadn’t shipped. They stated it was packed and ready for usps to pick up, but was delayed in shipping because of “covid.” They stated it would ship within the week. 2 weeks go by, it doesn’t ship. Only after I file a dispute with PayPal does the package ship.

When I received the package, the contents were not what I ordered. I guess they didn’t have the items I ordered (you know, the ones saying in-stock ready to ship), so instead of being honest they just sent me literally whatever they could throw in a mailer envelope?

Furthermore, the bottles of the random product they sent me were busted open during shipping. They were literally leaking out of the envelope into my mailbox. They smelled disgusting. I emailed customer service requesting a refund because they did not send what I ordered. I offered to send back the random items they did send me. They never responded to me. I then disputed the issue with PayPal, who refunded me after I proved I did not get what I ordered.

Also, just like a reviewer below, Glowyy eventually emailed me regarding the PayPal dispute. They never responded to my customer service email requesting the return of the incorrect product. They emailed me because they were unhappy they lost the PayPal dispute. Obviously they are losing a lot of these disputes due to their fraudulent business practices and now are brazen enough to contact us directly asking to be paid anyway!

I have a feeling a lot of these sudden good reviews popping up suddenly are not legitimate buyers, but friends of the company.

Bottom line- do not order from this website.

I had my doubts about even receiving the hand sanitizer at one point from when I ordered until now. I had a similar experience about having to wait until now for delivery since ordering the products in March. The customer service I received was top notch when I voiced my concerns in the past few weeks. The products arrived safely and intact. It smells like hand sanitizer. I say that due to the many reviews where people state it has a “strong alcohol smell”, it is hand sanitizer, of course it does. Long story short Glowyy provided me with wonderful service and quality products.

Excellent customer service! I knew delivery of the product would take a little longer in these chaotic times. When the hand sanitizer was delivered to the wrong address - completely my fault - the company helped me navigate through the USPS system to find it. They reached out to me daily to check on the status of the problem and see how they could help. You now have a loyal customer Glowyy! And FYI - the product is amazing!

I order 2 hand sanitizers & 1 kids hand sanitizer in March. After I open a dispute with PayPal 2 months later that is when the company want to ship half of my order. I did not receive the kids sanitizer or a refund as they noted on the receipt. Then they had the audacity to come beg me to cancel the dispute so they can keep my money & not give me a refund! What kind of company asks you to allow them to keep money for something they never sent? This company is horrible, & for how times is now they want to keep my money! May God bless this company with some customer service & brains. They will never be a good company at the rate they are going.

I ordered hand sanitizer through Glowyy about a month and a half ago and despite delays due to the pandemic, their customer service via email was incredibly responsive and kind, as I wrote to check on my order many times. I did in fact receive my complete order the other day and am very satisfied. I appreciate their hard work and responsiveness during this time.

I waited a long time to receive my 2 orders(one sent to my daughter) but did receive. I did some checking and found that supplies needed to produce the product plus demand caused the delay.
