Definitely recommend

Ordered items from glowface that were shipped right away. Unfortunately, the items were seized and returned by customs. I contacted glowface after confirming this with FedEx and they refunded me right away! Legit company. Although items were not received I'm still happy with my experience with this website and if not for EU customs, they would have a regular customer.

GlowFace goes above and beyond

GlowFace is now my trusted source for Korean beauty and skin care. This review is after my 3rd shipment from them. Their prices are competitive, communication is excellent, customer support is very responsive and timely, their shipping is prompt using major carriers and they actively track shipments for customs delays/issues, keeping customers informed. (I had an issue and they were very proactive and ensured that I received my order asap). From my perspective, they go above and beyond and I look forward to being a long-term customer with GlowFace.

Love, love, love Glowface!! 🩷💗

Shopping and purchasing with Glowface has been such a wonderful experience. I can’t get over how fast their shipping is. I placed an order Sunday evening and received my order Tuesday morning. Great customer service! I will continue to order from Glowface because they always come through for me. I cannot say enough good things about them. I was offered help with walking me through my first order when using the transfer “Wise” payment method. After the first order I was in love with the customer service, shopping experience and the rapid delivery time. Highly recommend! 👍🩷

Well let's start with the ordering…

Well let's start with the ordering process that was fine but everything after that went downhill rapidly ohhh they will tell you it's on the way without telling which carrier t will be with them after sometime while your still looking for said package nothing and I mean nothing is on the arising then you contact them and that's when the funeral begins ohhh they string you along until u realize you've been had and you and generations after you will be dead before you see a refund i finally told them to keep the crap cause lord knows I'm never and I mean never going to get it so if I could give minus stars I would but what I can say is NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOOSE

Dear Kammi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but after a thorough review of our records, we were unable to locate any order associated with your name or email address.

It’s possible there may have been a mix-up with another store. We always provide a tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier as soon as an order is shipped. Our customer service team is also readily available to assist with any questions or delivery concerns.

If you believe your order was placed with us, please feel free to share your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can look into it further. Otherwise, we recommend reaching out directly to the retailer involved.

We truly value each of our customers and take great pride in offering transparent, reliable service.
If there’s anything else we can do to assist or clarify, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

Sincerely,
GlowFace Customer Support Team
