Our second trip with Globe, after going to Kerala a few years ago we asked them to organise a trip to Vietnam. They worked closely with us to organise our perfect trip and after a number of changes (by us) they completely nailed it. We had a fabulous time and our English speaking guides were excellent. Any small concern was answered immediately. We felt very supported but also had lots of free time to explore ourselves. We will definitely look to book with them again

Just superb organisation led by Raj and ably supported by Charly and Vinesh. Nothing is too much trouble and all we had to do was relax and enjoy our holiday.

Where do we start?! From beginning to end the team at Globe have been exceptional. The detailed planning and customer service have been second to none. Every tiny detail was treated with the utmost care. Special thanks to Swapna and our driver in Northern India ‘Bharti’ who were superb. The high points for us were Taj Mahal, Ranthambore, houseboat in Kerala but the icing on the cake was Marari Beach Resort. We have no hesitation in recommending Globe to anyone visiting India.

Following an excellent trip to Kerala in January 2018, we decided to travel to Northern India which we absolutely loved. We had a wonderful time.This was certainly, largely due to Charly's excellent preparation and organisation of the holiday.
I had told him where we wanted to go and roughly what we wanted to see. He organised the travel and hotels around this and must have remembered from my Kerala trip that we did not want any car journey much longer than five or so hours, which he was very successful in achieving.
As for the guided tours, they were packed with valuable information and we saw so very much, all of which was very interesting.
Our guides were all very good as were our drivers. Particular praise to Mr Ranjit Singh who was with us for at least eleven days. What a considerate driver who added greatly to our trip with his calm driving skills and additional information. He looked after us very well indeed and looked out for us going over and above "just being a driver"! Anyone who takes this trip in future, please ask for Mr Singh.
I always feel that you can really judge someone from their response when something goes wrong. We had a small issue with one of the hotels not recognising that we had breakfast included.
A quick e-mail to Charly on a Saturday evening resulted in him ringing us at our hotel and by the time we got back from dinner-he had everything sorted!

Went on a coach tour on the 3rd July 2019. With globe travel. The booking of the trip online. Was quick and easy. The coach driver. Was. Be re y helpful and polite. The coach trip we went on was Derbyshire. Peaks mystery tour. We got yo visit three different places. And the driver gave us plenty of time at each place. The coaches are very clean and comfortable. With. .toilet facilities. On onboard. . .really enjoyed travelling with globe travel. .will deffinetly use them in the future would highly recommend

Very well looked after by Charly in the UK office with advice before we went. Responded quickly to questions and very helpful. Swapna in Cochin was also very helpful but best of all was Baiju our driver. He was friendly, interesting, and clearly very proud of Kerala. A wonderful holiday, well planned and efficiently run.

Once again we were very pleased with the service and support we received, both before traveling and whilst in country, from globe travel centre for our trip to Tamil Nadu. Our driver was charming and became our friend over the two weeks we were with him.

Without hesitation we would use them again.

We had a fabulous trip to Kerala. Everything went well from start to finish. Our guide, KK was so helpful and punctual and sorted out anything we needed. We had a great driver too. We stayed in lovely hotels and saw so many wonderful places. We would have no hesitation in recommending Globe Travel!

We have used Globe Travel a couple of times now for trips in Kerala and found them first rate. They helped us design our own tailor-made tour and every component was excellent I must say. All the hotels they booked for us were super and not over priced and trips for nature walks, bird watching and backwater boating were top notch. Transport including transfers to and from the airport were efficient and hassle free. I really couldn't find anything to criticize. Warmly recommended.

Globe Travel are experts in this field and organised a first class experience for us in Kerala. Their representatives were on hand at all times and happy to help with anything.
Transport, hotels, entertainment and guides were excellent and everything went off without a hitch. Would recommend this company.

We had an excellent holiday experience with excellently guided birdwatching and wildlife at Thattekkad two beautiful days in Munnar at Fragrant Nature Hotel which was perfect in every way. Walking above and through the tea plantations was lovely. We then had an all too short stay at Diwolakum organic farm stay with superb food and cooking demonstrations and guided farm wal. Finally we had two lovely days at Xandari Pearl hotel on the beach south of Kochi. The villa was gorgeous with its own private pool. There was complementary Ayurvedic massage delicious food, very helpful guidance with bird watching and walks along the beach. Also enjoyed travelling on tuc tuks into the local town to visit coir matting factory.
Our driver was very helpful and obliging in conveying is safely.
Charly and his team at Globe Travel come highly recommended.

My experience with Globe travel was excellent. From the moment I was met at the airport I was looked after like an honoured guest by everyone including my driver and the guest experience manager who was always here to ensure every moment of my holiday went smoothly.

Once again Globe Travel have provided me with a holiday to remember. Having previously excelled in organising visits to Kerala this time my Golden Triangle Tour was more than equal. I have nothing but praise for my drivers and guides, from the moment I was met at the airport to the moment I was returned for my flight home I was made to feel so special.

Globe Travel organised our trip to India and what a fantastic job they did. It was the attention to detail that made the holiday so special; use of a local mobile phone so that keeping in contact with our reps was always easy, meet and greet reps who were always spot on time and very friendly (punctuality is not big in India!!), our driver who was always at hand and who we felt very safe with on India’s crazy roads!!! I would recommend GLOBE TRAVEL any day

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Vinesh put together an itinerary over 2 weeks staying in smaller hotels and it was perfect. Every place was special in its own way. We spent one night on a rice barge and then we were dropped off at Phillipkutty´s farm situated on it´s own island. This place is wonderful and will remain with us for many years to come. We saw wild elephants, stayed in a Secret Garden and stayed on a cardoman farm and visited the tea plantations before returning to the coast.

Globe travel helped us put together an excellent itinerary. Charly always responded promptly to any queries both by phone and email and the staff and guides in India were helpful and efficient.
Globe travel offered a very competitive package compared to other companies that we asked to quote and I would definitely use them again.

We recently travelled to Kerala with Globe Travel. They have a depth of knowledge of the area you don't get with the more mainstream companies. Their Kerala Specialist, Charly Jacob, was able answer my questions from his own knowledge not reading from a text, like some do.

We had more choice of properties and itinerary than we would have had with another company. Our itinerary was put together by Charly, I gave him my suggestions and he worked through them with me as to what was feasible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, it was well organised throughout. Their Client Experience Manager in Kerala Swapna Prabbu kept in touch with us and our driver everyday. Unfortunately I was ill whilst there but Swopna was able to cancel hotels and arrange new ones without any fuss.

We had booked this trip previously but had to cancel due to illness. Charly kindly sorted out all the arrangements and was able get us refunds from some of the hotels.
