Degrading CEO

The interview process was horrible. The CEO was very degrading towards me, very arrogant asking questions that were not relevant towards the position and the interview was done within 5 minutes. He had no relevant questions to ask me and made me feel uncomfortable. The first thing he asked me was if I had other interviews and who they were for then proceeded to tell me my degree was wrong.
He asked me nothing to do with my courses at university or even my current job and the roles I do there
Overall he was rude and made me cry due to how small and inadequate he made me feel.
The questions he asked varied from:
Asked me who else I had interviews for
Asked me how many people were in my university course and what they did
Why I did not keep in touch with everyone from my university course (there was literally hundreds of people)
My friends that I made from university what did they do and what company do they work for
Do i keep in touch with friends from high school, (I am now 23)
What do they do? Did they go to university
The way he asked these questions was not in a caring or genuine manner, overall not a nice experience.

The CEO of that company is a very…

The CEO of that company is a very racist Italian as you would know, it is a cultural thing in Italy. That company is based in Sterling, Scotland.
He not only came late to the Teams video meeting (interview) but on top of it interupted the call for whatever reason and came back,asked a couple questions and said it wall all. They don't take Black people,Brown people. They don't hire you based on your experience and merite but only on the color of your skin. You have to be White. Don't waste your time.They are very racist.

Schnell und interessiert in der Auftragsakquise - danach ganz schlechte Abwicklung! Nie wieder Global Voices!

Meine Kritik gilt der schlechten Abwicklung (nach Auftragsvergebung). Ich musste mehrmals darum "BITTEN", dass mir eine Dolmetscherin zugewiesen wird. Dann habe ich keine gewünschte bilingue Person (Schweiz) zugewiesen erhalten, was in der Schweiz die Übersetzung erschwert! Ich habe auch keine Lösung dazu erhalten. Als ich stornieren wollte, habe ich sofort eine Rechnung erhalten mit 50% des Rechnungsbeitrages?! Echt jetzt?! Ihr macht Fehler und ich als Kunde bade sie aus?! Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Dolmetscherin war echt gut. Sehr freundlich, sehr offen und zuvorkommend. Die Herausforderung war jedoch, dass alle Dozenten auf Hochdeutsch um"switchen" mussten (aus Zeitgründen und damit wir die 50% Stornierungskosten nicht bezahlen mussten, sind wir bei Global Voices geblieben!) und unser Hochdeutsch etwas schwieriger zu verstehen ist. Nicht optimal! Deshalb unsere Bewertung: Dolmetscherin = 5 Sterne, Global Voices = 0 Sterne. Wir suchen uns einen anderen Partner für die nächsten Anlässe. Homepageseite TOP, aber die Umsetzung und Kundenbetreuung FLOP!

I am giving 1 star because I must write a review. This company is a disgrace. Waste of money and time. I sent several emails no response at all. The telephone given on the website is not operating in the UK. 100% scummers and cheaters. Please do not trust the website; read reviews first.

2. Original and Additional Service
We completed exactly the service detailed in your original order. After that work was done you asked for an extra service that was not included in the first agreement. Any additional work must be quoted in advance so that there are no surprises.

3. Full Refund
Once we spoke and cleared up the misunderstanding, we full refund for the payment relating to the work. At Global Voices we believe in billing only for the tasks our clients expressly request.

Esperienza terribile

Esperienza terribile. Ci hanno fatto fare una bruttissima figura con un nostro cliente traducendo in modo profondamente sbagliato dei testi commerciali. Da evitare come la peste.

Terrible overall experience

Terrible overall experience. Payment system took my money but did not submit my job. Had to chase up with multiple emails and phone calls. Finally received delivery 2 weeks after paying, despite the quote of '3 days'. The translation itself was good.

Very unreliable

Terrible experience. Promises and time lines are never kept (several weeks belated) and silly excuses are made like "we have to manually word count". This shines a very unprofessional light on this company as they state that they are not capable of using the basic tools of their trade.

Summary:
Kind people, but no usable results produced. A lot of time wasted.

There is no payment even two months…

There is no payment even two months after the work.
Their payment structure is so cruel. You would not get paid even few months after a transcription job has done. Their payment system is a kind of modern slavery, labour exploitation.

Don't expect to get paid

I had an awful experience with this company. Terms of the contract were not upheld, communication was hostile, vindictive and dishonest in every regard. Personally I ended up blocking all communication with the company.
