I have 1 case that needs intensive care on this Canada trademark that I've applied with them. They are very unresponsive on whatsapp and continuously say they will provide within the hour / day / 30 mins etc.
Given them many weeks and months to update to CIIPO.
Need solution or refund.

The $500 fee you paid was specifically for drafting and filing a counterstatement in response to an opposition against your trademark application at the USPTO. It is important to note that this fee did not include additional stages of the opposition process such as discovery, depositions, the final hearing, or settlement negotiations, which are handled separately and have their own costs.
