We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with your rental, Russell. We hope to see you again soon!
My overall experience was good but I was beginning to wonder . . .
My overall experience was good, the item I bought is just what I needed and the pricing through Global Test Supply was very competitive. The only downsides of the experience were: 1 It many weeks to get the tool for whatever reason (not in stock was the answer, then these ship direct from the factory was the second reason given. There was a price change after my initial purchase because they claimed the manufacturer changed the price. It was still a good buy so I went forward with the purchase, but this was a little sketchy, and I was starting to feel like I had been scammed because of the delays, BUT Ultimately it all came together and I am happy with the deal.

Thank you for your honest and detailed review, Mark — we're glad to hear you're happy with your purchase and found the pricing competitive.
We understand how the delay and pricing adjustment raised concerns, and we appreciate you sticking with us through the process. Some factory-direct items can take longer to fulfill depending on manufacturer availability and lead times, and in rare cases, pricing may shift due to changes from the supplier. That said, we know how important clarity and consistency are, and we're reviewing this experience to improve communication moving forward.
Thanks again for your order and your trust — we hope to work with you again soon.
Short expiration date
Easy to order, shipping prompt, customer service decent. However, one of the products received (pH standard) has an expiration date only 5 months from when I received it. Customer service contacted their supplier & was told that all their standards had that date. I could return the product, but shipping & restocking fees were on me. I kept the product, but will look elsewhere for our company's needs in the future.
